Diego Riano

With over 15 years' experience in the construction industry as a civil engineer, Diego is responsible for Cavi Property Group's portfolio of land and commercial construction process. Diego joined Cavi Property Group in 2014 and has a record of managing teams across the planning, development, construction and delivery process including residential sector. Diego holds a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering and a Master in Construction Project Management from UNSW.

Ed Karim - CFO

Ed has over 30 years of diverse financial management and commercial experience gained across a broad range of industries. Ed joined Cavi Property Group in 2017 and is responsible for all commercial, financial and legal aspects of the group as well as overseeing the progress of all existing projects and assessment of potential opportunities. Immediately prior to joining Cavi Property Group, Ed was Finance Director for Avis Budget Group having overall responsibility for the finance function of the Australian Group of entities, with corporate revenues exceeding A$800 million. Ed has had extensive experience managing complex global and regional projects as well as a broad range of commercial activities. Ed is a Fellow of CPA Australia and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from UNSW.

Jason Cavanagh

With over 30 years' experience in the construction industry, Jason founded Cavi Property Group in 2011 with a focus on residential and commercial projects. Over the years, Jason's vision has shifted towards developing communities and land projects on the South Coast and in the Illawarra region of New South Wales. He has significant expertise in construction, property development and project management, having worked on multiple large-scale projects with Cavi Property Group. Jason is responsible for overseeing the Cavi Property Group portfolio and building relationships with clients.
