Courtney Fox - COO

Courtney joined the team in November 2015 as a recent college graduate. She attended Elizabethtown College and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Writing with Creative Writing as her minor. Despite being a self-proclaimed Harry Potter geek, she enjoys a variety of authors, such as James Patterson and J.R.R Tolkien. Courtney is currently writing a novel with the goal of publication one day. Until then, she's content living through the lives of the characters from her favorite stories. When she isn't busy catching up with friends and family, she can be found reading, watching her favorite movies and shows, playing video games, or writing her novel all while curled up with her pup Belle.

Derek Dobin

Derek Dobin joined Creative Capital Wealth Management Group in June 2022. He brings a successful 20+ year career in Engineering and Finance to CCWMG. He graduated from Rutgers University with a Master's of Science in Ceramic and Materials Science Engineering, specializing in fiber optic technology. His career in Engineering took him all over the world, managing production teams in Mexico, working closely with teams across Europe and as far as Japan. As his family grew, he decided to shift his focus to finance and leave the global traveling behind. Derek has been in financial services for over 12 years working with high net worth individuals, families and small business owners. He has also held management positions in development and training of both new and veteran financial advisors. He holds his FINRA Series 7, 65 and 63 licenses. Derek lives in Wayne and enjoys spending time with his three children, Noah, Zoe and Trevor. In his spare time, he enjoys soccer, golf and cycling.

Elizabeth Hubler

Elizabeth Hubler has been behind the scenes at CCWMG for the last 15 years. Clients know her best as Liz, Fred's wife. Elizabeth received a BSED from West Chester University and taught both 4th and 2nd grades for a combined 10 years in the Owen J. Roberts School District. Elizabeth was just shy of receiving her Master's in Literacy when she decided to stay home with Fred and Elizabeth's children. She has since completed a certificate in Special Populations as well. Over the last 11 years Elizabeth has helped with various projects at CCWMG, been Mom to Abby and James, volunteered throughout the community, and has grown her knowledge in several new fields. Elizabeth has used her background in education to volunteer with struggling students and support families who are struggling with their struggling students. She is currently serving as President of Phoenixville Area Children's Learning Center, a nonprofit childcare center serving the community since 1966. She is in her 6th year serving as leader to her Girl Scout Troop (and being cookie mom). She has also volunteered as Awards Chair for their son's Scout Pack. In 2020 Elizabeth earned a nano degree in Digital Marketing while starting a marketing business that specialized in social media and content marketing for non-profits. Elizabeth officially joined Creative Capital Wealth Management Group in August of 2022. Unknowingly the copier installation person asked her to sign something with her title and she didn't have one, so he suggested Queen of Everything. In 2022 she earned a certificate in Digital Marketing from Yale School of Management Executive Education. Elizabeth enjoys reading and one of her favorite moments in life was being at the game when the Eagles clinched the NFC Championship that led to the Super Bowl win.

Elizabeth M. Pagano

Elizabeth recently joined CCWMG, bringing over 20 years of financial industry knowledge with her. She began her career in finance in 2000 and has worked with some of the largest financial institutions in the world, with experience spanning from residential and commercial mortgages to high net worth investment and retirement planning. She began her focus on financial advice when she joined The Vanguard Group back in 2008, where she acquired her Series 7, 63, and 65, culminating in her getting her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP®) designation in 2018. She then moved from Vanguard to Prudential Advisors in 2019, where she expanded her life insurance and holistic financial planning experience, before joining CCWMG in 2022. Elizabeth has a passion for helping people achieve their financial goals and has built her career around the idea that everyone deserves a chance at financial success. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga and martial arts but her main love is travel. She lives in West Chester with her husband, Matthew, and their very elderly Chihuahua, Spike.

Frederick E. Hubler Jr.

Frederick is an accomplished entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience in both the financial services and technology fields. In 2003 Frederick founded Creative Capital Wealth Management Group and has grown the firm to over 25 states. Creative Capital Wealth Management Group features a trademarked retainer-based wealth management program and also provides access to accredited investments. He is also President of Retainer Based Academy LLC, a coaching and intellectual property firm for financial advisors. Frederick can be seen giving his outlook on the economy and stock market locally and nationally. Frederick has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, US News and World Report, TD Ameritrade, and countless podcasts, traditional, and digital mediums. Fred is a contributor to Forbes.com Frederick is an innovative leader with a keen eye for unique solutions and vast knowledge of alternative wealth-creation strategies. Frederick believes in giving back and has been President of the Phoenixville Regional Chamber of Commerce, Rotary, Kiwanis, and Phoenixville Area Community Services. He has also been on the board of the LGBT Equality Alliance, the Phoenixville Senior Center, and Cornerstone for Hope. He was an advisory board member for the West Chester University School of Business and The Andy Talley Bone Marrow Foundation. Frederick is married to Elizabeth and has 11 year-old twins, James and Abigail. His hobbies include technology, cigars, Eagles football, and cars (mostly Tesla). Frederick Hubler had the idea that a total wealth management firm should cater to a small amount of extraordinary clients. From that small idea, he founded Creative Capital Wealth Management Group in September 2003. The company's main goal: provide exceptional client service while allowing high net worth individuals' access to institutional strategies and platforms.

Thomas E. Ahern

Job Titles:

Tom joined CWWMG in 2012 with 15 years of experience in the wealth management industry. He has earned the Accredited Asset Management Specialist designation and received his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP®) certification. He has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and has been FINRA registered since 1997. He became a certified Behavioral Financial Advisor TM, BFA TM for short, as of July 2018. He is still a recovering accounting nerd, but his favorite part of the job is meeting and getting to know the clients. Tom is an avid tennis player and generally plays doubles a couple of times a week. His friends claim he is a little slow on the court but when he was younger…he was slow then too. When he isn't on the tennis court, he can be found spending time with his wife Patti, and their two dogs Scout and Daisy.
