Angela Earley

Before founding Chrysalis Family Solutions in 2017, Angela was in private practice for ten years as a clinical therapist at Akron Family Institute. She was trained in Family Systems and enjoys providing both family and marital therapy. Angela previously served as a program coordinator at One-Eighty (Every Woman's House) in Wooster; as the interim Western Region Clinical Director for Griffith Centers for Children in Colorado; as well as having served in a range of leadership and therapeutic roles at Boys Village. Her wide range of experience in a variety of clinical environments - from overseeing entire treatment centers to working one-on-one with individuals- has given her the foundation of knowledge and expertise that she brings to each client at Chrysalis Family Solutions. Angela's belief in the importance of strengthening community has led her to volunteer with organizations such as the Ohio Psychological Association, the Andrus Family Fund Foundation, the Ohio Department of Health Sexual Assault Task Force, the Wayne County Children's Advocacy Center, Habitat For Humanity and One-Eighty.

Gina L. Patterson

Dr. Patterson has focused her career on helping others find healing through their own strengths and resiliencies. Many life circumstances bring people to seek therapy for healing and growth such as psychological trauma, physical injury or illness, or significant life changes. She uses a strong therapeutic relationship along with various interventions and skills building approaches including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) within a Mindfulness context. Dr. Patterson has been providing healing psychotherapy for over twenty years in a variety of settings to a diverse population of clients. She has been a staff psychologist in several settings and most recently was the Clinical Director of OneEighty overseeing outpatient mental health and substance use disorder treatment, the domestic violence shelter and the rape crisis program. Dr. Patterson has been active at the state level serving three terms on the Board of the Ohio Domestic Violence Network, providing written testimony on legislation and providing expert testimony on domestic violence cases. She finds joy in being with others on their journey of healing and finding their own joy.

Learning to face, cope with, and resolve these challenges, when we are ready, can increase our resilience and our ability to relate well with others. We are all unique. Our individual life experiences shape who we are. Sarah is a firm believer that with willingness, hard work and the development and practice of new skills, anyone can improve their quality of life and increase their happiness. Sarah Robb is an LISW-S (Licensed Independent Social Worker Supervisor) and an LICDC (Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor). While being considerate of trauma informed care practices, Sarah offers patient guidance and utilizes a person-centered approach to therapy. She employs cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) strategies, motivational interviewing techniques and family systems theory to assist individuals in obtaining their very best quality of life. Sarah has experience supporting individuals and groups. She has worked as a mental health case manager, director of residential group homes for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, and as a manager of two residential treatment facilities providing intensive treatment for addiction. Sarah has counseled adults with dual diagnosis seeking help for addiction and mental health treatment.
