Bill is a Chartered Professional Engineer and certified project manager. With 35 years experience, Bill has lead and/or project managed many multi-discipline project teams on a range of residential, commercial and infrastructure projects in the greater Auckland region.

Cherie is a land development engineer with over 20 years' experience all all civil aspects of land development projects from feasibility through to design, consenting and construction.

Emma is a full member of the NZPI with over 12 years resource management planning experience. She has particular expertise in subdivision and resource consent planning for a range of residential and commercial developments including large scale greenfield developments.
Glen has had experience in the land development sector since 2000, and has NZCE (Civil). He is currently a Land Development Engineer and manages CAD processes at CivilPlan, including 3D surface modelling.
Gursharn is a Civil Engineer with 2 years of experience in land development and has worked on various brownfield and greenfield projects. Upon starting at CivilPlan he has gained valuable, practical, and design experience in the land development sector.
Jocelyn is a civil engineering graduate who specialised in transport and environment at university. Upon starting to work at Civilplan in 2022, she has gained valuable practical and design experience in a broad range of disciplines within the land development sector.
Kaelin is a Civil Engineer with 3 years experience. In the past, he has worked on an extensive variety of brownfield projects that has developed his broad range of knowledge and skillset in land development. Kaelin aims to significantly enhance his overall Engineering capabilities at CivilPlan.
