Cassie Wilson is the National Sales Director at Forward Science. She received her Bachelor's Degree in business and marketing from the University of Houston and has more than 12 years of healthcare sales experience in building both high performing teams and strategic alliances; as well as, developing and analyzing specific market and business needs. Cassie first joined the Forward Science team as Sales Director in 2017 with the task of creating a direct education-based sales force for the company, which she has grown to 20+ representatives and managers to support the sale and launch of Forward Science products. In her current role, Cassie is working to grow the sales and sales management teams to drive Forward Science's continued growth and speaks nationally on the topic oral cancer and early discovery.

Carlos Spironelli Ramos graduated with a degree in dentistry from the State University of Londrina (1987) in Brazil, and then received a scholarship to study in Japan. He finished his residency in endodontics at University of Sao Paulo, Brazil, (1990), where he also attended a program in endodontics and received a Master of Science degree (1993), then completed a PhD program (1997), the same year he published his first book. From 1995 to 2012, he worked as a professor of endodontics at the State University of Londrina, where he coordinated the endodontics sector. During this time, he published three books and wrote more than a dozen chapters for various endodontics books. All this has been accomplished while working part-time exclusively as an endodontic specialist at his private office from 1987 to 2012. He was granted 4 international patents, which have brought different devices to the world marketplace that use these patented technologies. He is an international speaker in endodontics, presenting lectures, hands-on workshops, and conferences worldwide each year. Dr. Ramos is the Clinical Affairs Endodontics Manager at Ultradent.

Dr. Jaimeé Morgan received her dental degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. She divides her professional career between clinical practice and teaching. Her lectures have spanned the globe from the United States to Europe, South America, Australia, and Asia. She regularly contributes articles to dental periodicals and journals on cosmetic dental techniques for the general practice. Having served as a founding member of the South Texas Chapter of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Dr. Morgan is an expert in the field and has given numerous lectures at major national dental meetings. She has also served on the board of directors of the American Orthodontic Society. Salt Lake City, Utah, is the site of her dental practice where she provides both cosmetic restorative and orthodontic treatments with her husband, Dr. Stan Presley. Dr. Morgan has earned the reputation of teaching cosmetic and orthodontic techniques using a practical approach that is both enjoyable and useful.
Dr. Presley graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas. He was trained at the prestigious L.D. Pankey Institute from 1979 to 1981 in order to improve his prosthodontic techniques. Dr. Stasiuk received his DMD from the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, MB, Canada in 1995. He currently maintains a private practice in general Dentistry in Portage la Prairie, MB. He has a special interest in Sports Dentistry. Dr. Stasiuk has been very active with the Academy for Sports Dentistry for the past twenty years. He has held numerous ASD board positions and been on several different ASD committees. For the past five years he was the Editor of the ASD Newsletter. Recently, he has taken on a new role as President- Elect of the ASD. He is a Fellow of the Academy for Sports Dentistry. His other areas of special interest in Dentistry are Orthodontics and Hospital Dentistry.

Levi Swenson started his career with Northwestern Mutual as a College Financial Representative in Cedar City, Utah. While in the internship program Levi was named Intern of the Year in his office.
Levi Swenson started as a full-time financial representative upon graduation from Southern Utah University. Within his first six months of his full-time contract, he achieved Pacesetter First 40 which marked his first success as a full-time representative. In 2012, he recieved the New Financial Representative - Bronze award, which was a personal benchmark for him in his first year as a Financial Representative. Levi has continued to achieve other honors such as the Silver and Gold award in 2013 and 2014.
In 2014, Levi Swenson was nominated into the leadership development program at Northwestern Mutual as a College Unit Director. As a CUD he helped train and coach college interns and mentor them when they would join the firm after graduation. In 2016, Levi increased his leadership responsibilities and became a Field Director. He now helps train and mentor all new financial representatives.
In March of 2016, Levi spoke to Northwestern Mutual Financial Representatives at the annual Western Regional Meeting. Levi addressed how he built a successful practice through putting his client's needs first.

Some people think Carol Jent is trying to fit two lifetimes into one. While running marathons, mountaineering, and crashing small planes, she first became a certified dental assistant then earned a degree in dental hygiene from the University of Alaska. Later, she graduated from the University of Utah in communications and marketing with an emphasis in healthcare. Though she has held various positions at Ultradent, she is currently the R&D Clinical Hygienist and oversees the dental hygiene school programs. Carol maintains a busy lecture schedule, authors dental and dental hygiene articles, and serves on the boards of numerous organizations. She even manages to see patients at least once a week. An avid volunteer, Carol contributes her time and expertise to Donated Dental Services, Sealants for Smiles, and an annual healthcare mission to China. Thankfully she no longer flies small planes.

Rob Hooper has been a CPR/ACLS instructor for over a decade. He currently works for St. George Fire Department as a Battalion Chief and has been a Paramedic for 15 years. He also enjoys landscape photography and has been published by National Geographic.
After graduating from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry, Dr. Timothy joined the US Army dental corps and completed an AEGD one-year residency in general dentistry. After fulfilling his 3-year commitment, he returned to the Intermountain west and practiced in the southeast Idaho town of Montpelier. After 19 years in private practice, he returned to the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry to study Oral Maxillofacial Radiology. Upon graduation, he started his academic career at East Carolina School of dental medicine where he is currently a part time clinical instructor. Dr. Timothy currently has a private practice in oral radiology and is a part time clinical instructor at the University of Utah school of Dentistry. Dr. Timothy is a fellow of the American Board of Oral Maxillofacial Radiology.

She is currently a contributor for the AGD Impact and is a published author for the Journal of Practical Dental Hygiene.
