FnF supports small and marginal farmers in collectivizing them into self-help groups (SHGs), producer groups (PGs), and farmer producer organizations (FPOs). In its role of a facilitator, FnF guides these groups in capacity building, leadership training, business planning, registration, financial linkage, and access to market... FnF works with agricultural scientists and experts to deliver reliable advisory services to farmers. The advisory is delivered through both online and offline platforms. The agricultural scientists organise trainings around the farm field thus giving real time and participatory solutions. Tools such video and audio conference are also used to reach out to farmers... FnF works with its partner organizations to facilitate timely delivery of quality inputs (seeds, fertilizers, crop protection, etc.) to farmers at affordable cost.
