Ken splits his time between Ann Arbor, MI and Sarasota, FL. He is happily married to his wife of eight years. He recently became a father for the first time to a beautiful baby girl named Teagan. In his free time, he enjoys boating, sporting clays and Crossfit.
Lauren Eichner-Doyle is the Founder and CEO, of Getting Results Coaching Corporation. Her company specializes in coaching financial advisors and business owners to achieve higher levels of production and efficiency. Her company is national in scope and she is in high demand, as a speaker, coach and company consultant. She has co-authored Secret #5 of Million Dollar Producers and is also a popular columnist of the Heritage Newspapers based in Michigan. Her boundless energy and zeal has also allowed her to create and oversee two real estate businesses. She holds a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from San Diego State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Communications from Eastern Michigan University.
In 1996, Ms. Eichner relocated to San Diego where she established herself as one of the top Behavioral Therapists in the County. She built a successful business reaching six-figure revenues by the age of 22. Prior to founding Getting Results, Lauren worked with The Center For Excellence, a professional development company. As the Director of Coaching, she trained and managed over 30 coaches and coached over 300 clients.
In 2002, Lauren founded Getting Results Coaching. Again, Lauren has proven her business acumen with the success of Getting Results, which has averaged a forty percent growth rate each year. She attributes the success of her company to running her business by the principles of The CHAMPION Path, the very same principles she coaches and speaks on.
In 2006, Lauren was asked to serve as the Chief Operating Officer for a Virginia land development company for a half-billion dollar project. She held this position while also coaching her Getting Results clients.
Today, she continues to help her clients reach new levels and recently released her latest book, The Hijacker: Overcome Self-Sabotaging Behaviors.
She is happily married to her business partner and closest friend. Today they live a life by design, traveling the world and impacting the lives of individuals everywhere.

With advisors caught within the challenging landscape of robo-advisors, and fee compression, Peter provides clarity and a true path to business success; a path that unifies an advisor's strengths, passions, and natural abilities with the growth of their business seamlessly.
