Fish and Fancy offers a wide selection of prepared and unprepared seafood. Fresh quality seafood and cleanliness are our highest priority. Our fresh scallops, lobster tails, flounder, weakfish, crabs, and clams come from local waters. Our crab meat is from Maryland and/or Louisiana as well as the fresh large oysters. Salmon big and fresh is brought in weekly from Canada... All of our breaded and prepared seafood is carefully prepared by our staff and ownership. We make everything the old fashion way using fresh ingredients. All of our breaded jumbo shrimp are peeled and breaded by hand. Seafood was still very in expensive and very few government restrictions existed in the industry at the time.
