Our mission is to raise funds to alleviate the financial hardship of breast cancer patients by mobilizing the generosity of donors. We believe that patients' number one priority when undergoing treatment should be their health, not how they will make ends meet to support their basic living needs... We provide funding for community programs and services, recognizing that a breast cancer diagnosis impacts the patient and her family in ways that go far beyond medical treatment... For 25 years, CURE has been powering the fight against breast cancer by investing in programs for prevention and early detection, cutting edge research to improve treatment, and a range of supportive services for patients and their families. Grants are awarded to organizations across Canada who are doing important work in these areas. We invest in innovative research and breakthrough projects aimed at improving breast cancer treatment.
