My name is Abel Quinlan, I am San Diego born and raised, and made the move to Asheville in 2013 due to my love of all the food, people, and drinks, Asheville has to offer. I am the youngest of three siblings and have a passion for football and baseball. On my days off I like to spend my time off hiking, having some drinks with friends, or catching a game. I'm looking forward to my next chapter here at Hunter, and am happy to be a part of the team!
I am a WNC native. I have a 9 year old son named Cayman and reside in Hendersonville. I worked in the cellular market for 5 years before finding my way into the Automotive Industry which I now have been a part of for 2 years. I am a Sales Consultant for Volvo,Hyundai and Subaru. I am enjoy spending time with family and friends.,watching sports, and trying to enjoy life as much as possible. Austin Johnson's hobbies are "literally anything dealing with or about cars", which does not suit his cat, Lucas! He joined Hunter as a service advisor in the summer of 2017 and has filled many shoes. Austin is certified with Nissan for Electric, Express Service and Drive Components and has a degree in Automotive Technology from the Universal Technical Institute of Mooresville, NC.
I am born and raised in Asheville. I love to play golf. I have two daughters, 15 and 19, and I have two dogs, a boxer and a bulldog. I am an avid Dallas Cowboys fan!

Gala Rice has been in sales at Hunter since 2000 and says "I LOVE SELLING CARS!!" Born in Brevard, she is very involved at Next Church, leads a Healthy Living Exercise and Bible study class. She and her high school sweetheart, Jeff, have been married 27 years and have three wonderful children (Christina, Caleb and Joshua) and two wonderful grandchildren (Sophia and Collin). Gala is an avid runner and has her BA from UNC-Charlotte. Her son and son-in-law are in the US Air Force and her son Joshua is a college student and baseball player.
Hector is originally from New Jersey. He has recently moved up to WNC from Miami, Florida to join the Hunter team as the new S/H/V/G General Manager. He has been in the automotive industry for over 30 years. Hector is an experienced and well-reputed General Manager. He received a Business Admin Executive Certificate from the University of Notre Dame. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Phoenix.
Jennifer was raised in Hendersonville, NC. She started working for Hunter in 1994 and is also a licensed massage and bodywork therapist. Jennifer is active with church ministry and enjoys the outdoors, spending time with family and close friends.

Keith was born in England and moved to the U.S at the age of 5 where he was raised in Savannah, GA "sadly he lost his accent". Joined the Auto Industry back in 2017 and has worked with brands such as Volkswagen, Honda, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, and Volvo but his passion is the Subaru product. Outside of work you can find him watching Formula 1, Mountain Biking, or spending time with his son "Klarke" and his two Labradors Tesla and Odette. My name is Lety. I am from Mexico and have lived here for 20 years. I have 2 children and I love nature and flowers.
Linda was born and raised in Upstate NY. She graduated from Dental Assistant school and pursued a career in the dental field. After having her twins, she decided to raise her children full time. She relocated to the southern states six years ago.
Marissa Simcox grew up right here in western North Carolina. With several years of customer service experience, Marissa has been a great addition to the Hunter Auto Group as a Volvo Service concierge. Marissa enjoys passing the time with hiking, listening to music, and taking weekend trips to the beach. Be sure to swing by and say hello as Marissa can assist with any service related concerns.
Nathan Weikert grew up in Denver, Colorado and moved across the country to the Triad area back in 2006. Nathan has been serving customers with Hunter Auto Group since June of 2019, with several years of automotive experience prior to joining the Hunter team. He enjoys spending time outdoors in our mountains whether it be hiking, camping, kayaking, or biking. Other hobbies include anything music related, especially playing the guitar. Nathan is here to serve our customers and lead our service team with a smile!

Randy Hunter graduated from East Carolina University in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. In September of 1984 he began his career with Hunter Corporation, Inc. Randy has worked in all departments and has held practically every position at both dealerships, including sales representative, service writer, finance manager, new and used car manager and general sales manager. He has garnered many sales awards from Chevrolet's Legion of Sales leaders and the Truck Honor Club. In 1998 he was promoted to General Manager of Hunter Nissan Lincoln Mercury. The dealership has earned several awards, including Nissan's prestigious Award of Merit. He is currently serving as the Chairman and Visionary of Hunter Corporation.
Robert Ficker is a life-long resident of Henderson County. He has been a shuttle driver in the Parts Department with Hunter since summer 2014 - prior to which he was in manufacturing for 34 years rising to Facilities Engineer Manager and a Superintendent. He has a BS in Industrial Engineering. Robert is married with four children. His hobbies include spending time with his family, grand kids, their dogs and the "honey-do" list projects around the house. Something he really likes about his job is being amazed at how our customers find out about Western North Carolina!
I grew up in Bonifay, FL and moved to Asheville in 2018 after meeting my wife, Evelyn in Orlando. After leaving the hospitality industry in 2019, I started a new journey at Hunter Nissan and then moved into a business manager position at our airport location. I enjoy cooking, fishing and spending family time outdoors with our two dogs Oliver and Indy.
We would like to introduce Stefan Koeckeritz, He has worked in Sales/Marketing and hospitality for the last 3 years. Born in Germany; he is fluent in German and Spanish. Graduated from Western Carolina university with B.A in History. Enjoys hiking and exploring nature
Steve has relocated to Hendersonville to join the Hunter family. He was born and raised in Pittsfield, MA. Steve brings over 17 years of experience in the automotive industry. He has been a car enthusiast since his teenage years. He enjoys spending time in the outdoors. During his free time, Steve enjoys watching football, baseball, and car races.
Taylor was born in Orlando, Florida, and grew up in Southern New Jersey. She has 4 years of experience in the dealership service industry and 10 years of experience in the customer service industry. She was a semi-professional dancer for 14 years and is a certified teacher. She loves hiking, crafting, riding motorcycles, going to breweries, going on adventures with her boyfriend and two Australian Shepherds, and hanging out with friends. She plans on staying with Hunter Automotive group to build her dealership career and is excited about the many opportunities ahead.
I was born and raised in England, and recently moved to the US in 2020 to be with my wife. I previously worked in the travel and events industry in England and was lucky to travel a lot of Europe within my role. I joined the Automotive industry after relocating and I enjoy the business as I get to meet and talk to lots of new people from all walks of life! Outside of work I am living the Asheville dream, hiking with my wife and Fox Red Labrador, enjoying the local breweries this area has to offer and still keeping up with football (soccer) at the local bars. Tom Hunter graduated from Davidson College in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. He then worked for a startup joint-venture between MidSouth Financial and Centura Bank. After several promotions culminating in Vice President, Mr. Hunter was selected to attend UNC's Kenan-Flager Business School and graduated with honors in 1999. Upon graduation, Mr. Hunter worked as a mergers and acquisitions associate for Brookwood Associates, LLC, an investment bank in Charlotte, NC. In 2002, he joined his family's company, Hunter Corporation, Inc. While attending NADA's Dealer Academy, Mr. Hunter worked at all positions within the dealership, from parts counter, sales to sales manager. He is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Hunter Corporation.
