Britney Crookshanks

Britney Crookshanks serves as Vice President of Land for Infinity Natural Resources. Britney has vast experience across the Appalachian basin. Her expertise covers the entire land process from identifying ownership, lease and acquisition negotiations and finalization of Landwork prior to producing. Britney has been on the ground floor of creating land administration, operation processes and procedures for land service providers as well as oil and gas exploration companies. She worked for Percheron Energy in numerous roles both in the field and in-house representing several exploration and production companies active in our targeted focus area. Subsequent to Percheron, Britney served as Manager of Land Operations for Northeast Natural Energy. Since the creation of Infinity, Britney has been focused on securing INR's current position through numerous acquisitions within the basin. She has created processes for the transfer of holdings of INR's developed and non-developed assets as well as prepared INR's current position to be developed. Her role at INR also consists of focusing time and energy to evaluating potential projects and assets within INR's focus area. A graduate of Fairmont State University, Britney is a Certified Professional Landman (CPL). She is very engaged within the energy community through participating in numerous volunteer organizations. She has been dedicated to serving the energy community since 2005 in numerous roles within local and national industry supporting organizations. She and her husband live in Morgantown, WV with their three children.

David Sproule - CFO, EVP, SEVP

David Sproule serves as an Executive Vice President and CFO of Infinity Natural Resources. Prior to Infinity, David served as a special advisor to the President and Chief Executive Officer of Northeast Natural Energy from 2015 to 2017 focusing on strategic acquisitions, capital raises and asset divestitures. Before joining Northeast Natural Energy, David was a Director at Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Company responsible for the company's Upstream Appalachia M&A business. Before joining Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Company, David was an Executive Director within the Global Energy group at UBS AG. During David's 20-year career, he has held various roles within investment banking, raising over $20 billion in capital across various high yield and term loan offerings, equity IPOs and follow on equity financings. In addition to his role in capital raising, David has advised and participated in more than $5 billion in M&A activities across Appalachia during his career. ​David is a Connecticut native and a graduate of Yale College with a B.A. in history. He resides in Baden, PA with his wife and his two children.

Ian Costello

Ian serves as a Vice President of Operations of Infinity Natural Resources. Prior to joining Infinity Natural Resources, he was the Completions Manager for Northeast Natural Energy. ​Beginning his career as a proprietor in the construction industry, Ian redirected his focus in 2009 to take advantage of rising opportunity in oil and gas within the Appalachian basin. Ian joined Northeast Natural Energy in 2011 and was an integral part of all operations from construction of the first pad through the drilling of more than 50 horizontal wells. During this tenure, he held multiple positions in drilling, completions, and production to support the continual 50% year-over-year growth. His track record of conducting safe and efficient operations led to his advancement to Completions Manager. While at NNE, he was key in the implementation of extended lateral drilling and completions techniques that helped take average lateral lengths from 4,000 to 10,000+ feet during this time. His operational contributions consistently placed the company as a leader amongst its peers in $/Ft performance, while his technical contributions helped to support the regional-best EUR/ft return. He currently serves as Program Chairperson for the Society of Petroleum Engineers, and is a contributing member to the American Association of Drilling Engineers and Independent Oil and Gas Associations of West Virginia and Pennsylvania. ​Ian is a petroleum and natural gas engineering graduate of West Virginia University. He currently resides in Morgantown, WV with his wife.

Ryan Warner

Ryan is a founding executive of Infinity Natural Resources and serves as Vice President of Business Development. Ryan began his career with Chesapeake Energy in 2010, helping serve in a variety of engineering roles in production, completions, and facilities. His work was focused on Chesapeake's Marcellus and Utica development across the Appalachian basin. Ryan continued his career at Northeast Natural Energy, joining in 2014 to help lead production operations as the company expanded growth beyond 100 mmcf/day. Ryan has extensive experience with compression, artificial lift, and other methods to improve well performance. In addition to production oversight, Ryan helped with reservoir evaluation and assisted with midstream development projects at Northeast. Since helping found Infinity in 2017, Ryan has been focused on production growth and optimization, midstream development, asset evaluation, and reservoir engineering. His roles also include managing Infinity's physical gas and liquids marketing and financial hedge portfolio. Ryan is a registered Professional Engineer and holds a degree in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering from West Virginia University. Ryan is an avid Mountaineer fan and stays active in local youth sports with his children. He currently resides in Morgantown, WV with his wife and three sons.

Zack Arnold - CEO, President

Zack serves as the President and CEO of Infinity Natural Resources. Prior to Infinity, Zack was employed as the General Manager of Operations for Northeast Natural Energy from 2014 to 2017. During his time with NNE, Zack was instrumental in driving the growth and development of the company's Marcellus Shale asset in Northern WV. Prior to joining NNE, Zack held various roles at Chesapeake Energy including Drilling Engineer, Completions Superintendent and Operations Manager. During his time, Zack was instrumental in the drilling, completion, and operation of Chesapeake's unconventional wells including the initial horizontal wells in the Marcellus and Utica Shales. Before Chesapeake, Zack began his career as a Production Engineer with Chevron in Bakersfield, CA where he was exposed to the safety culture, operational excellence and the process oriented mindset of a major energy company. Throughout his career, Zack has assembled teams to execute on a variety of innovative development strategies. Zack is a long time West Virginia resident and a graduate of Marietta College with a degree in petroleum engineering. He has served as section chair of the Northern West Virginia Chapter of SPE, was honored to be included in WV Executives Young Guns Class of 2021, is a registered Professional Engineer and resides in Bridgeport, WV with his wife and his three children.
