Hello, I'm Kristen and I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist working in a private practice in Encinitas, CA. I have provided therapeutic services in residential and outpatient settings to children, adolescents and adults for 8 years. I specialize in treating trauma, depression, anxiety and additional cognitive and emotional disorders. I work from a client-centered approach, looking at your individual situation and all of the things that have led you to where you are today. I believe therapy is an integral part of continually challenging one self to grow as an individual and within our relationships. I understand turning to therapy can be a challenging and an intimidating process but I know together we can turn the process into an exciting and worthwhile adventure together.
