Amy Liedke is Executive Vice President of Human Resources for LexisNexis Legal & Professional. In this role, she is responsible for leading the HR function in the delivery of best-in-class strategies to advance and accelerate the goals of the organization. She is a member of the RELX HR Leadership Team where she collaborates to advance HR transformation across the enterprise. Ms. Liedke brings more than 25 years of global HR leadership experience to LexisNexis. Most recently she served as Vice President, Human Resources at Raytheon Technologies and just prior led Global Talent Development for United Technologies Corporation and its 200,000 employees. Here she was responsible for strengthening organizational capability through innovative learning, leadership development and engagement strategies and drove large-scale transformation of performance practices for the company. Amy spent her early HR career at CIGNA. Amy received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Acting and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from The University of Connecticut. She attended the Executive Leadership Development program at Darden School of Business, University of Virginia, the Global Leadership Development Program at INSEAD (France) and is a certified administrator and trainer of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Amy lives in Connecticut with her husband, 2 children and 4 dogs.

Andy McGroarty is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the global legal business of LexisNexis. Prior to this role Andy has more than 20 years experience working in global roles at BT, Tata Communications, and IBM. Most recently Andy was CFO for BT in the Americas working across North America and Latin America, and also on the board of a legal entity serving the technology needs of the US government. At Tata Communications Andy was Global VP finance managing a high growth business spending a great deal of time in India. Andy earned his degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of the West of Scotland (UWS) and is a Chartered Accountant with CIMA. He was a finalist in the 2018 Dallas Business Journal CFO of the Year awards. Andy grew up in Scotland and since 2014 resides in the United States with his wife and two children.

Angel Young is the Managing Director at LexisNexis Legal & Professional with the overall responsibility for Hong Kong & Taiwan markets. Angel is keen on leading the teams to deliver world-class customer experience and innovative product offerings and content in helping professionals gain insights and adapt to future challenges. Previously, Angel was a Managing Director for The Nielsen Company, where she had a career spanning over twenty years in various leadership roles across business consulting, change management, and driving high-performance teams. She has had a breadth of experiences across Greater China in driving customer experience, product enhancements, and organizational capability building. Before joining LexisNexis, Angel worked at Wisers as the founding General Manager for WisersAnalytics, a big data, and media analytics business to help companies make better decisions on their branding and marketing performance leveraging media big data, AI, and Chinese NLP. Angel graduated from the University of Toronto. She is a firm believer in diversity and inclusion as drivers for business success. Eric Bonnet-Maes - President

Eric Bonnet-Maes is the President, CEMEA of LexisNexis Legal & Professional for legal and professional business. His region encompasses Central Europe, Middle East, and Africa. He joined LexisNexis France in June 2007, as Sales and Operational Marketing Director, and was later promoted to COO role. Eric started his career at HP, where he spent close to 11 years in various sales and/or marketing roles within several business units and delivered substantial growth results; he then oversaw Sales & Marketing function in a consulting company, and before joining LexisNexis he was General Manager in charge of global business development of an IT spare parts distribution company headquartered in France. Eric Bonnet-Maes studied in France where he earned a Master's Degree in Engineering from UTC (Université de Technologie de Compiègne) and received a MBA from ESSEC Business School. Eric, who is married and has 3 children, relocated from Paris to Hong-Kong.

Fei Fei is Executive Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer for LexisNexis Legal & Professional. In this role, she is responsible for developing the overall long-term strategic plan for the global business and supporting each of the business units in the development of their respective strategies. Her focus is on enhancing shareholder and customer value, building competitive differentiation, expanding into new areas through organic investment and acquisitions, and driving revenue and profit growth. Prior to joining LexisNexis, Fei held several key roles at Gartner. Most recently, she was Group Vice President, Global Sales Strategy and Operations, where she focused on setting the strategic vision for Gartner's Sales organization, designing and launching global initiatives to drive new business growth, and leading large change management efforts to increase sales productivity. In her prior role as a Product Leader, she helped launch new product offerings and developed data science capabilities to optimize go-to-market strategies. Before Gartner, Fei served as a Product Marketing Lead for Google Ads, where her work to drive new customer acquisitions had won her two awards: Google Marketing Platinum Award and Gold Award. Earlier in her career, Fei also worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. Fei holds her undergraduate degree from Xiamen University, a master's degree from the University of Connecticut and a master's degree from Harvard University. Fei lives in Connecticut with her husband and their three children. She speaks several languages and is a book author and a TEDx speaker. She has given a TED talk on Resilience.

Greg Dickason

Greg Dickason leads LexisNexis' businesses in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands covering three principal lines of business: legal information solutions, regulatory compliance, and enterprise software. Greg brings to LexisNexis Pacific a combined twenty years of professional experience in technology, solutions and product operations, with a strong focus on product development, strategy and operational initiatives. Prior to joining LexisNexis, Greg was the Chief Technology Officer and Head of Product & Solutions at CoreLogic RP Data and has previously held senior positions at Virgin Mobile UK and Unisys. Greg holds a Masters of Engineering degree from the University of Cape Town, South Africa; and an MBA from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia. Greg is also a contributor to the Australian Financial Review and other industry news websites. He is passionate about thinking outside the box and adopting new technologies to help customers succeed.

Ian McDougall is the Executive Vice President and General Counsel for the LexisNexis, Legal & Professional division of RELX Group. Mr. McDougall joined LexisNexis in 2004 as Vice President and Legal Director for LexisNexis International (LNI), where he oversaw the legal function for the group, including Regulatory Compliance, Commercial Agreements, IT, Intellectual Property and Litigation. Mr. McDougall was also involved in business strategy, acquisitions and general business planning. At LexisNexis, Mr. McDougall has stepped into varying roles, including Interim HR Director for LNI and Interim Managing Director for LexisNexis New Zealand. In addition, he led the LexisNexis implementation of the U.K. Bribery Act compliance and created the organization's first broad regulatory compliance review program. Before joining LexisNexis, he led Legal, HR and Facilities departments at Telco Global Ltd., previously one of the largest U.K. independent telecom providers. Mr. McDougall also acted as Chief European Counsel and Group Company Secretary for Hughes Electronics, a former subsidiary of General Motors Corp. Prior to that, Mr. McDougall served in various legal leadership roles for a number of technology and finance organizations; he also has extensive private practice experience. Mr. McDougall sits on the United Nations Rule of Law Steering Committee and is a member of the UN General Counsel Advisory Board. Until Mr. McDougall's move to New York he was a Board Director and Trustee for U.K. charity Peaceful Place, which is dedicated to providing support to sufferers of early-onset dementia. He was also appointed as judge in the Barrister's Disciplinary Tribunal and is a broadcast cricket commentator in association with the Royal National Institute for the Blind. Mr. McDougall is based in New York.

Jamie Buckley

Jamie Buckley is Chief Product Officer for LexisNexis Legal & Professional. In this role, Jamie is responsible for the software products built for our amazing customers. He ensures that we deliver successful and innovative products that align to customer needs around the globe. Prior to joining LexisNexis in 2015, Jamie was Vice President of Product Management for Big Data at Pivotal Software. Jamie also held leadership roles at eBay and Microsoft. At eBay, he led the Product Management organization responsible for mobile applications. Before eBay, Jamie led a PM group at Bing within Microsoft, driving various search related areas. He also held several PM and engineering roles at Trilogy Software and NorthStar Consulting. Jamie received his BS in Computer Science and Math from Carnegie Mellon University. He stayed in Pennsylvania to complete his MS in Computer Science from The University of Pennsylvania. Outside of the office, Jamie enjoys travelling with his wife and attempting to play reasonable tennis. It's a work in progress.

Jeff Reihl

Jeff Reihl is Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for the global legal business of LexisNexis. In this capacity, Mr. Reihl is responsible for global technology strategy, bringing together the company's applications, product platforms and business systems to deliver LexisNexis world-class content to its customers in innovative ways. As CTO, Mr. Reihl also leverages the company's cutting-edge technology and deep customer insight to help legal professionals work more effectively and efficiently and achieve better outcomes for their businesses and clients. Prior to his current role, Mr. Reihl led the New Lexis Technology and Operations team, Global Solutions Development, and before that, Editorial & Content Development for LexisNexis. Before joining LexisNexis in 2007, Mr. Reihl held multiple executive leadership roles at Thomson Corporation in both P&L and staff functions, including Chief Information Officer of Thomson Healthcare and Executive Vice President of Thomson Clinical Solutions and Thomson Micromedex. Prior to that, Mr. Reihl was VP, Product and Systems Development at ProQuest and also served as a Principle Engineer and Software Manager at Hughes Network Systems. Mr. Reihl holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Central Michigan University and a Master's degree in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore. Jeff and his wife have two grown children and live near Denver, Colorado. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys skiing, golfing, hiking and biking.

Mark Rice

Mark Rice is Executive Vice President of Operations for the global legal business of LexisNexis. In this role, Mr. Rice is responsible for multiple global operational functions: editorial operations; customer operations; manufacturing; warehousing, and distribution. He is also responsible for business processes & systems, facilities oversight, and the company's Center for Automation and Process Excellence. Mr. Rice is also President of Reed Elsevier Philippines, a shared services operation supporting RELX Group. Prior to his promotion to EVP in 2019, Mr. Rice held the position of VP Global Editorial Operations from 2017. He has held numerous roles throughout his thirty years at LexisNexis, including Director of Editorial Operations for UK & Ireland (2014-17), and Vice President of Primary Law Operations for the U.S. (2011-2014). Mr. Rice also worked for the Financial Times as Managing Editor in the Energy Publications Division. Mr. Rice holds a master's degree in Business Administration and bachelor's degrees in Information Technology and English Literature. He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has been certified as a Quality Examiner in the Malcolm Baldrige Performance Excellence program. He is based in Colorado where he lives with his wife Sonja and three children, Audrey, Liam, and Jackson.

Mike Walsh

Mike Walsh is CEO of the global legal business of LexisNexis, a leading provider of information solutions to law firm, corporate, government and academic markets. The business serves customers in over 175 countries and employs 10,000 worldwide. Prior to his current role, Mr. Walsh was CEO of LexisNexis U.S. Legal Markets. He led the transformation of the business from a provider of legal research to a solutions partner. Mr. Walsh joined LexisNexis in 2003 as Senior Vice President, Global Strategy and Business Development where he helped oversee significant expansion into the LexisNexis Risk Management sector. Prior to joining LexisNexis, Mr. Walsh was Director of Strategic Business Development at Home Depot. Earlier in his career, he practiced law at Weil, Gotshal and Manges, worked on large transactions at General Electric and was a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group. He also co-founded Infirmation.com, an online portal, and sold that business to what is now Thomson Reuters. Mr. Walsh earned his JD from Harvard Law School and received his BA from Yale University. He sits on the Board of the Atlantic Council. He grew up in Colorado and now resides in New York with his wife and two children.

Ronda was responsible to partner with US Consulting Chief Learning Officer to drive impact in the business by leveraging more diverse learning approaches- including Experiences, Exposure, Environment and Education. Ronda managed a development portfolio of education and experiences that integrate effective and leading-edge designs through collaboration with shared services group, business leaders, and through management and supervision of development resources Ronda was the Vice President, Learning and Leadership Development of Bank of America from 2006 to 2009. Ronda managed a global leadership development program for high potential leaders across the organization. His experience covers a broad range of strategic issues including competitive analysis, product innovation, market segmentation, translation, onboarding and legal training. For the past six years, Timothy has spearheaded efforts that has led to the net promoter score of the company increasing exponentially. Timothy advised the product development of LexisNexis online and digital legal solutions, especially Lexis Advance® Hong Kong which was awarded the Hong Kong Business Technology Excellence Awards 2019 in the category of Online Services for Legal Award. Timothy has conducted hundreds of legal trainings for thousands of judges, solicitors, barristers, in-house counsel, government counsel, law professors and law students in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau. Todd Larsen

Todd Larsen is the the president of the global Nexis Solutions division of LexisNexis. Todd joined the company in March 2018. Prior to LexisNexis, Todd was the CEO of Blurb, a privately held company that provides a digital platform for people who want to make books or magazines for personal or professional goals. He joined Blurb in January, 2016 and helped the business restore growth and profitability. He now sits on the Blurb board of directors. Prior to Blurb, Todd was an executive vice president of Time Inc. and the president of the news, sports and entertainment groups. He was responsible for the global operations of some of the world's best-known media brands, including PEOPLE, Entertainment Weekly, TIME, Sports Illustrated, FORTUNE, MONEY, and GOLF. Under his guidance, Time Inc. doubled its digital audience to over 100M monthly unique visitors, and strongly accelerated the revenue growth of its digital businesses. Before joining Time Inc., Todd spent 13 years at Dow Jones & Company, from 1999-2012, most recently serving as President. In that role, he directed the company's global business operations for publications and products such as The Wall Street Journal, MarketWatch, Factiva and the Dow Jones Newswires. Todd was instrumental in pioneering a paid business model for the Wall Street Journal across Web, mobile and tablet platforms. He was also part of the team that oversaw the Journal's transformation into a more complete newspaper with additional national and international news, sports, opinion and culture to complement its business and financial coverage.
