Justin Vining serves as the Vice President- Project Management and oversees the entire project management team. He is responsible for hiring and managing project staff and is dedicated to ensuring projects are completed with the highest level of quality, within budget, and on time. He has over 20 years of experience in construction with a particular focus in multi-family.
Justin possesses the ability to efficiently oversee multiple project management and field teams working on various types and phases of construction. His well-honed skill set includes a plethora of experience in pre-construction, purchasing/contract negotiation, and dispute resolution. Justin has an unparalleled commitment to honesty, timeliness, and quality. He is passionate about producing award-winning projects and holds himself to the highest standards for client service.
Justin is originally a Southern California native who moved to the Charleston area in 2022. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children as well as hiking, fishing, and boating.
