Shar has gained a deep insight into the transition points in a person's life when they are moving from the familiar to the unknown and the challenges they sometimes face in doing so. With a Bachelor in Education, Psychology and Counseling and prior to her real estate journey has spent many years in the Health and Wellbeing Industry in Australia and abroad in Thailand, The Maldives and Indian Ocean region setting up and running Luxury Spa's in Resorts and for luxury brands. Shar is a licensed Real Estate agent and has worked in the Strata and property industry for close to a decade. Shar brings to Metro Asset Realty a wealth of insight and fresh perspective and fully explores the client's immediate needs, their future property hopes and desires or helping them move to the next stage of buying, selling or investing. Matching the right people to the right property has become the motivating factor for Shar and has many years of practicing the art of truly listening and seeking to understand what client's in the buying or selling process are hoping for and trying to achieve. Taking a common sense approach and tailoring methodologies and marketing strategies to assist clients to achieve their property goals, to move through the sales process to achieving the home and quality of life they desire is her primary focus.
