Mills Rendall Associates was established in 2000 by Elspeth Mills Rendall, a Barrister and professional skills consultant & facilitator. The consultancy draws on expertise and experience of working in professional services, mainly in the legal field, both in private practice and commerce & industry since 1988. Elspeth is a Visiting Lecturer at St Mary's College, the University of Surrey and is currently designing a skills programme and providing a marketing consultancy for the Centre for Professional Development and School Improvement.
