Alison was born and raised in Northern Virginia. She attended Radford University and graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration - Marketing and a Minor in Psychology. She began her career as an IT Project Manager and has lived in Chicago, Atlanta and Charlotte. After starting a family and working as a Teaching Assistant at a local elementary school, many friends and family asked her to help decorate and stage their homes. Then it clicked! Real Estate was her true calling. She became a licensed REALTOR® in February of 2015 and hasn't looked back. Alison recently purchased a second home in Nags Head, NC and became a licensed agent in North Carolina (serving the Outer Banks area) in 2022.
Alison's goal is to ensure her clients home purchase or home sale is a positive experience with little stress. Alison has incredible organization skills, patience, honesty and ethics. This coupled with her social skills and her ability to make everyone feel warm, rest assured, as your REALTOR®, Alison will provide each of her clients with the guidance they need throughout the entire transaction and beyond!

Paul has resided in Northern Virginia for over 20 years. Following his career as an engineer and safety specialist in the automotive industry, he moved into real estate full time in 2004. With his technical background, Paul is one of the best real estate analysts in the industry, and has a keen awareness of market trends. The market knowledge coupled with his tireless work ethic allowed him to become a top-producing agent in a very short time period. He is also known for his unique and innovative marketing skills, and is a strong negotiator, which has allowed his clients to outperform the market whether they are buying, selling, or investing.
In 2009, Paul co-founded Bedewi, Duke, & Associates to better serve the needs of his clients and adaptations in the market place. During his career he has been inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and is a recipient of the prestigious RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award. In 2019 he affiliated his business under the Keller Williams brand, and continues to deliver outstanding results utilizing cutting edge technology. In his first year at Keller Williams he was named to their Agent Leadership Council.
Paul was a Division I Athlete on the Arizona State University gymnastics team where he was a four-year Academic All-American and a three-year team captain. He and his wife, MaryKay (also an ASU gymnast) now reside in Ashburn, VA and have three fantastic children.
