I am a Toronto based small and medium business lawyer. I have been a business lawyer for 4-years. During this time, I have assisted clients with a wide range of Business Services, Corporate Services, and Intellectual Property Services. My favourite work has always been drafting contracts and agreements for clients, such as: services agreements, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, share purchase agreements, and asset purchase agreements. I received my J.D. at Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2016 as a Barrister and Solicitor. I am also a Registered Trademark Agent in Canada. Upon being called to the Bar, I launched my law firm - Pawlina Law where I provide Corporate and Intellectual Property solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises. Specializing in providing a pragmatic approach, I strive to provide effective legal expertise.
While in law school, I gained valuable experience assisting with a variety of Intellectual Property matters, including Intellectual Property litigation, Trademark prosecution, and Patent prosecution at a Boutique Intellectual Property Law firm in Toronto. Prior to attending law school, I completed an Honours Bachelor of Engineering at Ryerson University, where I graduated with distinction.
On a personal note, I was born and lived most of my life in Toronto. I am an avid outdoorsman who enjoys fishing, downhill skiing, and cross country skiing. I am also fluent in Polish.
