Boyd Muir is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and President of Operations for Universal Music Group. He is responsible for overseeing UMG's global finance operations, including asset management, information technology, accounting and supply chain. Working seamlessly across the corporate and creative aspects of UMG's operations, Muir has played a central role in the physical-to-digital reshaping of company resources. He has also been involved in a number of acquisitions, including Sanctuary Group and V2 Music Group, as well as the company's successful acquisition of EMI. Muir was appointed to his current post in November 2010. Previously, he was CFO for Universal Music Group International, the division which manages UMG's businesses in more than 50 countries. From 1984 to 1991, Muir worked for Ernst & Young, including at its entertainment media division in London, and for EMI from 1991 to 1994. At the latter group, he was head of internal audit, spending considerable time working in Los Angeles and New York. He was also closely involved in EMI's acquisition of Virgin Music and Chrysalis Records.

Eric Hutcherson is Executive Vice President, Chief People and Inclusion Officer at Universal Music Group (UMG), the world leader in music-based entertainment. In this role, Hutcherson is a member of the company's senior management and leads a global team across UMG's record labels, publishing division and operating companies to align talent functions, amplify the company's entrepreneurial-based culture, accelerate diversity and inclusion across all levels and territories, attract, retain and develop talent, accelerate the company's social justice initiatives and build on UMG's successful track-record of driving innovation by recruiting employees who bring new ideas, perspectives and skillsets. Hutcherson joined UMG from the National Basketball Association, where he managed a team that drove the NBA's global workforce strategy built on a commitment to attract, retain, develop and engage top talent for the NBA, WNBA, NBA G League and NBA 2K League. With a focus on people, culture and innovation, Hutcherson was responsible for leading global projects, processes and analytics that addressed business needs. He partnered with the leagues' senior leadership to enable, empower and develop employees in 13 offices globally, guided by the league's strategic direction. Prior to joining the NBA in July 2014, Hutcherson was Managing Director and Chief HR Officer for the U.S. and Canada Division of Marsh, a leading global insurance brokerage firm. Before that, he held several leadership positions at Mercer, a financial services and human resource consulting firm, including Chief Human Resources Officer - Americas, and Global Leader for Mercer's Outsourcing and Global Operations and Shared Services businesses. Earlier in his career, he worked for Foot Locker and served as Assistant Director of Public Relations for the Boston Celtics. Hutcherson is also a motivational speaker and created a career development training program, "Say Yes to Success." He serves on the Board of Councilors for the USC Annenberg School of Communication and Journalism, the Senior Advisory Council for the National Association of African Americans in HR, the Executive Advisory Committee for CNBC. He also served on the Executive Board for Covenant House New York and has been recently named to the Covenant House International Board. Jeffrey Harleston is General Counsel and Executive Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs for Santa Monica, California-based Universal Music Group (UMG), the world leader in music-based entertainment with operations in more than 60 countries. UMG's labels include Capitol, Interscope, Republic, Motown, Island, Def Jam, Decca and Verve, as well as a leading global music publishing company, Universal Music Publishing and the industry's leading merchandising company, Bravado. Harleston is a member of UMG's executive management board and he is responsible for overseeing all business transactions, contracts, and litigation for UMG's operations worldwide. In addition, he is also responsible for the company's government relations, trade and anti-piracy activities. During a 26-year career with UMG, Harleston has held a variety of senior executive positions including Executive Vice President/Head of Operations for Geffen Records and Senior Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs for MCA Records. Before joining UMG, Harleston was Associate Independent Counsel during the investigation and prosecution of the Iran/Contra scandal. He also worked as a litigation associate at the firm of Covington & Burling in Washington D.C. and, before law school, as an Account Executive for Saatchi & Saatchi Compton Advertising in New York. Throughout his career, Harleston has been recognized for his many achievements including receiving The Recording Academy's 2020 Entertainment Law Initiative Service Award, Billboard's 2018 "Lawyer of the Year," the 2018 Diversity Award from the Association of Corporate Counsel for Southern California. In 2017, Harleston was named one of Ebony magazine's "Power 100" and he is annually recognized by Billboard on the magazine's "Power 100" list of the most powerful executives in the music industry. Michael Nash is Executive Vice President, Chief Digital Officer and oversees UMG's digital business development activities around the world. Nash has worked at the forefront of media and technology convergence for his entire career as an executive, entrepreneur and producer. Most recently, Nash served as a strategic advisor to Warner Music Group (WMG), as well as several digital media startups and new technology companies. Prior to that, he served as an executive at WMG from 2000 to 2011, rising to the role of Executive Vice President of Digital Strategy and Business Development where he oversaw WMG's worldwide new media projects, strategic relationships and business development activities. Before joining WMG, Nash was the Executive Director of the Madison Project, the music industry's first digital distribution trial. At WMG, Tanous served in a variety of positions responsible for that company's communications, investor relations, corporate marketing and branding, social responsibility and event efforts. While at WMG, Tanous developed and implemented communication and business strategies for all of the company's major corporate endeavors, including: the 2011 sale of WMG to Access Industries, Inc.; WMG's initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange in 2005; and the sale of WMG by Time Warner Inc. to a private equity consortium. He also is the co-creator of the HBO series Reverb. The critically acclaimed program, for which he served as producer and executive producer, aired for four seasons and was the highest-rated, regularly-scheduled music program on television. Tanous is a graduate of Georgetown University in Washington D.C.
