Crispian has a background in sales and marketing and is a former Managing Director of a manufacturing business. Having lived and travelled to almost fifty Countries around the world, he has a depth of international experience to bring to the company. In his spare time Crispian enjoys music, working on his house and spending time with his family. Crispian is married and has a four year old son.

Tobias is the sport addicted person of the company and due to this, he is responsible for all the product development, testing and product launches. Besides his passion for trail running he is also a very experienced climber, mountaineer and cyclist. He loves all kinds of outdoor activities with his girlfriend and his three children. His main philosophy is to do everything as best as possible but with high respect for others and our beautiful and lovely nature.
