Alma joined OSF in 2009 and quickly moved her way through the ranks as an Accountant, Group Finance Controller and then VP Finance. Alma holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Accounting and became a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant in 2013. Since 2017 as Vice-President, Finance she works in a more strategic capacity related to investments, mergers & acquisitions, and financing. Alma's dedication in heading up OSF's acquisition of iFactory Solutions made OSF Global win an award for the 'M&A Transaction of the Year' from the Montreal M&A Club. She has also been directly involved in the equity investment round OSF received from Delta-v Capital and Salesforce Ventures.

David joined OSF Digital in 2021 with more than 25 years of experience working in technology, professional services and digital transformation organizations. His focus has been on attracting and developing high-impact teams for hypergrowth technology scalers and innovators. Prior to joining OSF, he served as Global Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Executive Recruiting & HR Operations at Cognizant Technology Solutions. While there, he helped grow the organization from 2,500 employees to more than 300,000 employees. He also contributed to increasing revenue from $250 million to more than $18 billion. During his tenure, the company became a Fortune 500 company. Earlier in David's career, he served as Managing Director at Korn Ferry, Vice President at Christian & Timbers and Sr. Consultant at Fenwick Partners. A distinguished graduate of the Virginia Military Institute, David was commissioned as 2nd Lieutenant in the U.S. Army upon graduation. He resides outside of Boston, Massachusetts, with his three daughters and spends his free time cycling, golfing and skiing.
David currently serves as board member, and advisor to high growth technology companies. Prior to this, he served as a Managing Director for the Accenture Cloud First practice. In this role, he was responsible for integration of his acquired company and business growth. He was appointed to this role following Cloud Sherpas acquisition by Accenture in October 2015. David previously served as the Chairman & CEO of Cloud Sherpas, focused on growing the business, maintaining client satisfaction and establishing Cloud Sherpas as the leading provider of cloud advisory and technology services. During his tenure, David led the organization through a period of hypergrowth, landing Cloud Sherpas on the Inc. 500 list three times and earning the top spot on the Atlanta Business Chronicle's 2014 Pacesetter list. Cloud Sherpas growth was a combination of organic growth plus strategic M&A. Under David's leadership he successfully created a team and culture of strong integration, innovation and success. Dominic was the co-founder and CEO of Adept Group, a leading ANZ Salesforce Implementation partner specialising in B2B Commerce, until its acquisition by OSF Digital in May 2021. He has over 25 years experience in IT consultancy, with strong delivery, leadership, sales and strategy expertise. Dominic has had a number of advisory board roles and still sits on the Auckland University ICT Industry Advisory Group. Maxime fell into a career in ecommerce early. After earning a degree in philosophy, he joined a startup that was bought two years later by Adeo, a leading European home furniture retailer. At Adeo, he deployed ecommerce in several countries before shifting to a web agency where he led an ecommerce program for major clients such as Galeries Lafayette. After successfully launching his own ecommerce agency, Do You Switch, one of his clients, Ubisoft, hired him to accelerate ecommerce deployments in Europe and Asia. Maxime multiplied deploying ecommerce in more than 70 countries in a tight partnership with OSF Digital. His strong track record with successful ecommerce and marketing performance and his international experience led him to OSF, where he now grows and develops ecommerce for OSF's clients as an AVP of Commerce & Performance.

Rob's that rarest of animals - a techie who's as good with people as he is with technology. He has built a great depth of experience of what does and doesn't work in ecommerce with a particular focus on Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Rob's driven to building clients' businesses online, helping them maximise their investment and optimise their customer experience. He regularly advises big name brands on their next steps, assisting them in constructing effective roadmaps for success.
Rob has over 20 years of deep ecommerce and digital transformation experience. He joined OSF in 2019 through an acquisition and is responsible for taking OSF's services and products to market, ensuring they are impactful, well-positioned, and serving our customers' needs.
Robert DeSisto is Senior Vice President and GM of B2C Commerce at Salesforce where he oversees all aspects of B2C Commerce Cloud's global business, including product GTM strategy, commercials, alliances, ISVs, and customer success & support. Previously, Rob managed the monetization and pricing strategy of Salesforce's entire product portfolio and served as chief advisor on strategic accounts. Prior to joining Salesforce, Rob was Vice President and Distinguished Analyst at Gartner Research, leading the SaaS (cloud) applications practice and serving as the primary analyst covering Salesforce. Before Gartner, Rob held roles at Concentra and GE Aircraft Engines. Rob holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and earned his MBA from Northeastern University. As an avid runner and coach, Rob has played a strong role in youth athletics, serving as Head Coach for Bishop Guertin High School. There, he coached the indoor track and field team to a state title, and guided numerous athletes to All-American status.

He has created new local structures designed to support the company's rapid growth in APAC and LATAM while at the same time, worked on innovation of the company's processes, best practices, and products including the creation of the OSF Product Labs program.

Will previously co-founded MarketingFX, a digital marketing automation and CRM agency that was acquired by Sqware Peg, Australia's first Salesforce partner. He joined OSF Digital in 2022 as part of its acquisition of Datarati, a company he co-founded and led since 2009. Will formed a strategic partnership with Salesforce across Australia, New Zealand, and the wider Asia-Pacific region to help organizations digitally transform their customer experiences using data, personalization, and automation.
Yuriy started his professional path as an accountant but quickly realised development was much more interesting and fun. Twelve years ago, he began his journey as a developer, and his passion and commitment led him to the place he wanted to be today. He's leading a great team of developers and works on continuous delivery improvements to ensure OSF's clients are happy and his teammate's lives are made easier.
