Anthony Brightwell

Through this success, Ant worked closely with club physiotherapists and developed his passion for rehabilitation and injury care. After hitting his professional peak at the age of 19, Ant went on to study Sports Science in London, followed by a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in Amsterdam, graduating in 2010. Ant began his physiotherapy career in the Netherlands at a private clinic specialising in post-operative rehabilitation as well as back pain and shoulder injuries. He became an integral part of the team and went on to successfully launch and manage their newest clinic for three years. At this point, Ant relocated to England and joined a leading physiotherapy clinic in the heart of London where he worked for six years, going on to manage three of their eight clinics. During this time he was able to further develop himself both as a physiotherapist and as a clinic manager Ant now has strong links with the top orthopaedic specialists in London, and is well known for his impeccable post-operative management. Ant is also one of only five McKenzie Credentialed Therapists in London and he uses specialised techniques to treat and educate patients with back and neck pain, seeing impressively fast results. Ant specialises in the management of injuries to all the major joints and uses a combination of biomechanical and functional assessment to guide and progress through a tailored treatment plan. He regularly performs gait analysis to go along with his keen interest in running-based injuries and always uses a hands-on treatment approach whilst equally placing emphasis on postural correction as well as strengthening programmes. Having lived and worked abroad for much of his life, Ant finds it easy to work with people from various different cultures and backgrounds. He has vast experience getting people back on track to achieving their goals whether they are elite athletes, weekend warriors or hard-working office goers. Ant is a member of the HCPC, MCSP and Cred. MDT. Ant grew up in The Netherlands with a keen interest in sports and enjoyed playing football at the highest level. Through this success, Ant worked closely with the club physiotherapists and developed his passion for rehabilitation and injury care.

Natalie Gummerson

Natalie was born and raised outside of Toronto, Canada. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Kinesiology) degree where she specialised in Biomechanics and Ergonomics Natalie previously worked as a Kinesiologist with children and adults with disabilities and neurological disorders. She is a long-distance runner and coached a running programme in Canada. While undertaking her Masters of Physiotherapy in Scotland, she involved herself in a variety of rehabilitation settings, including working with children, adults, and elderly individuals. Natalie has a keen interest in wellness and physical activity and has worked with various patients helping to manage their conditions and providing personalised rehab treatment plans. Along with her scientific knowledge and experience, she will offer advice on rehabilitation, strength, conditioning, and training modifications to help individuals remain injury free and give them the confidence to return to the activities and sports they enjoy.

Rob Foyster

Rob graduated with a Bachelor of Health Sciences and Master of Physiotherapy Practice from La Trobe University in Australia. He worked at a speciality practice with a focus on spinal rehabilitation, going on to complete a Certificate in Dry Needling and Myofascial Release. Rob then moved on to help set up a private musculoskeletal clinic in Melbourne, which specialised in children and adolescent conditions, as well as spinal and pre/post-operative rehabilitation. Rob spent two years running this practice, establishing himself across the city as a leading child and adolescent physiotherapist. He ran specialist strength and conditioning classes as well as biomechanics and running sessions for clients of all ages. He is passionate about providing a holistic approach to physiotherapy, ensuring clients feel that no stone is left unturned. Rob then moved to London and worked in the NHS briefly so as to understand and appreciate the running of the public health system. From here, he moved swiftly into the private sector, working in one of London's top physiotherapy practices. He went on to lead one of their Central London clinics whilst working casually as an academy physiotherapist for a Premier League team. He has established relationships with leading consultants in the UK and works with pre- and post-operative patients for a range of musculoskeletal conditions. Rob has worked with people from all walks of life, from children with disabilities through to elite athletes.
