Akshaya Bhargava is the founder of Bridgeweave, a B2B Fintech firm that creates AI powered next generation products for Wealth and Asset Management industries. From 2014-2017, he was the global CEO of Wealth and Investment Management, Barclays plc. a business with £200Bn in client AUM. Prior to that, he founded InfraHedge, a hedge fund managed account platform, which was acquired by State Street Corporation in 2013. He has been CEO of Butterfield Fulcrum Group (acquired by MUFJ Group) and the founding CEO of Progeon (acquired by Infosys and renamed Infosys BPO in 2006). He started his career at Citibank where he spent 22 years in a variety of senior roles including as Country Manager, Citibank Czech Republic, Global Product Head for Citi's ELC Business; Regional GTS Head for CEEMEA region and other senior roles in product management and corporate banking. Akshaya is a alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and lives in London.

Apurva Purohit is an Indian Businesswoman with over three decades of experience in the corporate world where she formed significant partnerships with private equity firms and promoters to build and scale up a diverse set of businesses - from early stage fledgling businesses, to setting up new ventures and to supervising turnarounds in mature and declining organisations. She is an Independent Director at Mindtree Limited, L&T Technology services Ltd, Navin Fluorine International Ltd. and Manipal Health Enterprises Ltd. Apurva has recently launched Aazol Ventures Pvt Ltd, a consumer products company which aims to create a market for traditional food items made by self-help groups and micro entrepreneurs, by reconnecting Indian consumers with their roots and the local foods of their regions. Apurva has been a leading voice in the Indian business landscape, advocating gender diversity, what ails it, and what organisations and leaders can do to improve this critical imperative. She is also the author of the two national bestselling books "Lady, You're not a Man" - the Adventures of a Woman at Work and Lady, You're the Boss! Through her books, Apurva aims to empower women and encourage them to achieve their full potential. Over the years, Apurva has won multiple business awards and has been named as one of the Most Powerful Women in Business as per the India Today Group and Fortune India over several years. She was recently awarded the Distinguished Alumni Award from IIM Bangalore in 2022. Apurva holds a Bachelor's degree in Science (Physics) and completed her PGDM from IIM- Bangalore. She was a state-level hockey player and played for Tamil Nadu State and Tamil Nadu University.

Bijou Kurien

Mr. Bijou Kurien, has been associated with marquee brands in the fast-moving consumer products, consumer durables and retail industry in India for over 34 years. His association with the development of Indian retail is over 25 years. After earning his spurs at Hindustan Unilever Ltd., he joined the founding team at Titan Industries, where he helped build powerful brands in the Watch and Jewellery Industry like Titan, Fastrack, Sonata, Tanishq etc., and also create India's largest exclusive brand retail chains. In his stint with Reliance Retail, he was at the forefront of one of the most ambitious retail ventures ever which dramatically transformed the Indian retail landscape. Currently, he is an independent consultant and member of the Strategic Advisory Board of L Catterton Asia (a part of the LVMH Group), an Independent Director on several listed and unlisted companies, advises select consumer product companies and mentors a few start-ups. Bijou has been associated with the India Retail Forum & Retailers Association of India and has significantly contributed to its development. In addition, he is also a member of the World Retail Congress since its inception, as a member of its Advisory board as well as the Grand Jury for selection of the World Retail award winners. In addition to retail industry fora, he is the Mentor of the FICCI National Retail Committee, member of the Advisory Council of the RAI and Governing boards of various academic institutions. He has also received several acknowledgements including Retail CEO of the Year (2013) by ET Now, Asia Pacific Retail Leader of the Year (2012) by the World Retail Congress etc. Mr. Bijou Kurien is a science graduate and also did PG Diploma in Business Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur.

Chandrasekaran Ramakrishnan has had an exemplary career spanning over 34 years in the field of information technology. Chandra, as he is popularly known, retired as Executive Vice Chairman of Cognizant, India as of March 2019. He serves as an Independent Director on the Board of PNBHF, NSEIT and Aujas Networks (subsidiary of NSEIT). He is also part of Chairman's council, NASSCOM (National Association of Software and Services Companies).
