Andrew Crowe's most recent role was at the ferry price comparison site, directferries.com, where he helped the online business create significant growth internationally. His previous roles include Sales and Commercial positions at leading tour operator, Airtours; the biggest independent travel agent, Hays Travel and European ferry operator DFDS. He also took time out to complete his MBA. Andrew is married with children, originally hailing from the North-East, he now lives in Kent and is a very good golfer.​

Nathan Philpot is a former Director of one of the leading, and most loved, cruise brands in the UK, Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines. He was also a DIrector and on the Board of Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) who are the biggest cruise trade organisation and exist to promote the desirability of cruising. He has been responsible for Brand Development, Direct and Digital Marketing and Travel Agent relations at some of the UK's biggest travel companies including Kuoni, Thomas Cook, P&O, and Eurotunnel.​ Nathan is married, lives in Suffolk and has travelled all around the world on land and at sea including Australia; North and South Africa; India and the Far East; North, Central and South America; and of course Europe.
