OTHERKIND - Key Persons

Andy Kane

For 25 years he has facilitated, consulted and studied in the field of human potential. He specialises in change, leadership and coaching. He has a grounded style that cuts through corporate speak and invites those he works with to experience more of who they are through their work. Andy's practice draws on the psychology of change, the mindful practice of Ki-Aikido, and is supported by the practical experience of facilitating thousands of learning experiments in organisations over the past twenty five years.

Dr S Jane Craig

Jane has broad functional and leadership experience at senior levels in the FMCG sector. As Global Leadership Development Director at Mars Incorporated, she pioneered new leadership development approaches to create more transformational business leaders. Leaders possessing greater capacity to handle complexity, combined with the creativity and commitment to continually re-invent business models. All in service of the idea that business might become a more equal partner in delivering a sustainable future for our communities and planet. She set up otherkind to support organisations wanting to become truly purpose centric, explore more mutual ways of doing business and grow the leaders and cultures necessary to drive such transformation.

Following a career as an advertising copywriter, culminating in his appointment as creative director at DDB Worldwide in Hong Kong, Philip became an independent consultant, specialising in helping clients create and clarify key messages in complex, messy or urgent situations in multi-faceted businesses. Philip is a certified facilitator in using LEGO® Serious Play® for Positive Psychology and a qualified practitioner of Edward de Bono processes including Six Thinking Hats and Lateral Thinking.
