His practice focusses on healthcare, with specialisms in medical devices and pharmaceuticals. In addition to his technology transfer practice, Dr Bradley acts as European representative for a multinational medical device company. He has handled numerous matters of commercial significance, including oppositions and appeals at the European Patent Office, particularly in the field of minimally invasive surgical methods.
He is a member of the Business Advisory Board of the Institute of Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry (IOCB) in the Czech Republic, a visiting lecturer at the University of Reading, and has delivered many seminars and lectures on technology transfer (and other IP related subjects) in the UK, Europe, Asia and the United States.
