Charlie is an Analyst at PMSI. He joined the team in 2023, with previous experience in the healthcare sector.
Charlie holds a BA in History and International Relations from the University of Exeter.
David is a Partner at PMSI Strategy LLP, having managed hundreds of CDD and strategy projects spanning many sectors. David focusses on Business Services & Technology, but also works extensively in the Industrials and Built Environment sectors.
David's career prior to PMSI included five years at KPMG, as well as roles at IRI and Air Products. He holds a first in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from Henley Management College.

Gareth is a Partner at PMSI and with a Master's degree in Chemistry from Oxford University leads our Pharma & Healthcare practice. Gareth has worked on hundreds of transactions in the space, alongside significant experience in Business Services & Technology and Industrials.
George is a Manager at PMSI. Prior to joining the team in 2021, he worked for the Business and Investor Advisory team at Arup, providing commercial due diligence and net-zero transition advisory services for clients in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Harry is an Analyst at PMSI. He joined the team in 2023, with previous experience in data analytics.

Jill-Marit has over 15 years' consultancy experience and has worked on a wide range of CDD and strategy projects spanning healthcare, technology and consumer goods industry verticals in particular.
Jill-Marit rejoined the team in 2019 having previously worked for PMSI for 7 years. In the interim she spent 5 years at Datamonitor's Consumer Consulting Divison. Jill-Marit holds a Cand Mag (MA) in Business and Political Science from the University of Oslo and a MA in International Political Economy from the University of Warwick
Jonathan is a Manager at PMSI. He joined the team in 2020, with previous experience in healthcare and life science consultancy. He has worked on a number of CDD, VCDD and strategy projects, focusing on projects within PMSI's Pharma & Healthcare team.
Jonathan holds an MBiochem in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford.
Kinvara is the Office Manager at PMSI Strategy. She joined the team in May 2021, having specialised in executive and logistical support for over 9 years prior. Before joining PMSI, Kinvara worked with bilingual multi-disciplinary teams in government and cultural sectors, delivering logistical solutions and event management across the UK, France and Saudi Arabia.
Lucy is an Analyst at PMSI. She joined the team in 2023.
Lucy holds a MEng in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford.
Rupert is an Analyst at PMSI. He joined the team in 2022.
Rupert holds a BA in Philosophy from the University of Warwick and an MSc in International Management from Imperial College London.
