Abigail qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and has over twenty years' experience in dealing with private client matters. Since qualifying, Abigail has worked as a probate locum solicitor at various firms across London before joining John Bays & Co in 2013. She specialises in preparing wills, lasting powers of attorney and in probate and administration of estates.
Naomi qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and practises in a wide range of civil litigation mainly property related and including family law and financial arrangements on separation. She is a member of Resolution. Naomi has been a partner at John Bays & Co since 2018.
Nurjahan qualified as a solicitor in 2018 having trained at John Bays & Co. Nurjahan practises in residential and commercial conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions, new build and right to buy purchases and Islamic finance.
Pam qualified as a solicitor in 1992 and specialises in commercial work including commercial property transactions, the taking and assignment of commercial leases and the purchase and sale of businesses, work for sole traders, partnerships and companies and some civil litigation. Pam joined Windsor & Co in 1992 and was a partner in the firm from 1994 - 2001. Pam has stayed with John Bays & Co since then as a consultant.
Riyad qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and joined John Bays & Co shortly afterwards. He specialises in property related work including residential and commercial conveyancing, leasehold and freehold enfranchisement and landlord and tenant matters.
