Eric is a serial entrepreneur and has served on boards and in the C-Suite of fast growth technology companies since 2001. Eric's experiences include AI, SaaS based, mobile and health technology companies. He has helped sell organisations to listed companies including Microsoft and Nuance. He has been named one of the most powerful Black and BAME business people in the UK by the Power-list and the Financial times.
Erica has over 20 years of experience in scripted entertainment, and is an international acquisitions, packaging and financing expert. Erica was one of the first to leverage film in the direct to series model.
Erica has executive produced films and series including the South African film "Vehicle 19" with Paul Walker, Indian film "The Reluctant Fundamentalist" with Mira Nair, "Taboo" starring Tom Hardy and "Habana" with Roc Nation.

Joe is CEO of Max International, LLC leading the expansion of the health and lifestyle network marketing business to Europe, Asia and Africa. Before Max, Joe spent 14 years as a finance lawyer in New York City. Joe has degrees from Union College and Harvard Law School.
Sir Lenworth (Lenny) George Henry CBE is an acclaimed English creative who co-founded the charity Comic Relief which since its inception has raised over £1 billion. Lenny is known for his acting on stage, in film and especially for his comedy and television work. His TV credits include the hit comedy Chef! as well as The Magicians for BBC One. Lenny was knighted in 2015 and given the Alan Clarke at the 2016 BAFTAs.
Paul acts as an adviser, board member or mentor to organisations and individuals who want to make a positive change happen. He brings a wealth of experience in leadership and strategy gained from 30 years working in both private and public sectors.
During 16 years as a partner at Price Waterhouse Coopers, the global professional services firm, he held a range of leadership positions including at main board level in both the UK and Africa practices. He has led and grown successful businesses within the Government & Public Sector practice and Africa Business Group.
Paula has over 20 years of private equity and investment experience with early stage companies and is an expert in developing and deploying targeted investment funds including: Oakland California's equity fund, Axxon Capital's $54 million fund for women/minorities business and Triumph Capital's $800 million in economically targeted and other funds.

Ursula Burns is an experienced international business leader who has led large companies through technological changes. She was the Chairman and CEO of Xerox Corporation and helped transform it into a diversified business services company. Burns spearheaded Xerox's largest acquisition, the $6.4 billion purchase of Affiliated Computer Services, and led the company through a successful separation into two independent companies. Burns is currently a member of several companies' boards, including Exxon Mobil and Uber Technologies, and is involved in leadership roles in various community, educational, and non-profit organizations. She also served as Chair of the President's Export Council and led the White House national program on STEM. Burns holds a master's degree in mechanical engineering and is a member of several prestigious academies.

Valerie has received numerous awards including The International Person of the Year by The UK's Power List; one of the 50 Most Powerful Women in Business and one of the Top 75 African Americans on Wall Street by Black Enterprise Magazine.
Yvonne was previously a Senior Investment Manager at Mitsui & Co. and was the youngest investment manager across the 90,000 global employees within the group. There she led over $200 million in investments in companies including TransferWise and Blackswan Data. Yvonne is also an avid angel investor in Europe.
