Amie is a solicitor in the corporate team based in the Manchester office. Amie has experience in a range of corporate transactions including company reorganisations, acquisitions, disposals, and shareholder matters.
Andrew is an experienced commercial litigator with a particular expertise in company related disputes.
Ariel recently joined the Litigation department as a Paralegal to assist the team with a range of civil and commercial litigation matters, including private nuisance, misrepresentation, landlord and tenant and professional negligence.
Expertise
Ariel has a degree in Liberal Arts from Excelsior College, New York, and subsequently undertook the GDL and LPC professional qualifications at BPP Law School. Ariel joined the Litigation department in 2022 to assist the team with a range of civil litigation matters, including private nuisance, misrepresentation and professional negligence.
Aron specialises in commercial litigation. He has extensive experience in both insolvency and commercial litigation matters and has been advising clients in this area for over 15 years and displays integrity, technical expertise, and commercial acumen.
Avi is a specialist in property and secured lending and jointly heads the London offices of BBS Law. Clients appreciate Avi's commercial approach and an ability to find solutions where they may not seem so obvious.
Claudia advises clients on commercial and residential transactions including sales and purchases of freeholds and leaseholds. She has acted for a broad range of clients including high net-worth individuals, investors, developers and end users.
Claudia joined Philip Ross Solicitors as support staff in 2008 and progressively re-engaged in her legal career as a paralegal in 2010 and subsequently as a trainee after accomplishing an LPC Distinction, then successively qualifying a property solicitor in 2015.
Claudia joined Spector Constant and Williams Legal (SCW) as Senior Associate in 2019 where she was an integral part of the consolidation of SCW at its start-up stage. Claudia joined the commercial and secure lending department of BBS Law in May 2022.
Daniel acts for substantial property investors, lenders and developers, as well as occupiers on all aspects of commercial property work − from acquisitions, disposals and lettings to funding and joint venture agreements.

Dov is the Managing Partner of BBS Law and Head of the Corporate Finance Department. Dov has been working in corporate law since he qualified in 1998. Dov loves his work and very much enjoys the challenge that each day brings.
Elaine is a Senior Associate working in the corporate team and based in the Manchester office.
Elaine works on a variety of family law matters including but not limited to advising on divorce, financial settlement and complex children matters, often with international aspects.
Ellen specialises in commercial property law and is part of the London Property Team. Ellen's work ethic is to provide her clients with a high-quality service and together with her analytical prowess, can present practical solutions to reach the desired outcome.
Eoin specialises in commercial property. He is noted by clients for his attention to detail allied with his sensible and proactive commercial approach. Eoin has the pleasure of acting for a wide range of clients (lenders, individuals and limited companies both individually and in their role as trustees), in all aspects of commercial property work.

Jamie joined OGR Stock Denton as a paralegal, completing his training contract there and qualifying as a solicitor in September 2013 in the private client team. Jamie became a Senior Associate in 2020.

Kelly works alongside Safiyah primarily dealing with investors and individuals purchasing, selling or refinancing residential property as well as acting on behalf of Lenders undertaking secured lending matters and acting on portfolio finance matters.
