Bruce began his City career at another famous merchant bank, SG Warburg & Co, in 1982 at the height of Paul Volcker's fight to bring inflation down, so his career has truly spanned the full cycle. As a bond trader for many years specialising in Emerging Markets and later as an Investment Manager, he has a strong all-round knowledge of markets and asset classes.
Gauri brings her understanding of risk management to provide assistance and shape policies regarding the different areas of risk that banks face. Using her knowledge of market trends, she provides support to the Risk department to enable the process of risk taking within an organisation. Gauri has a degree in Mechanical Engineering, a MSc in Project Management, Finance and Risk and is PRINCE2 qualified.

Rosalyn is a Corporate, Funds and Financial Services lawyer and Head of Funds and Private Wealth at Simons Muirhead Burton. She has 30 years of experience working in private practice, investment banking and at a multi-family office. Rosalyn has a particular interest in financial regulation, and financial policy work alongside ESG, diversity and inclusion and she regularly writes and speaks on these matters. Rosalyn specialises in advising an international client base of family offices, trustees, private capital investors, private wealth managers and entrepreneurs.
