Ethical Recruitment Agency is setup under the auspices of EBCF which was established back in 1992 with track record of getting 10,000's of people into learning and work through local and national government initiatives... We are proud of the journey we have taken so far, back in 1992 we setup the JET shop (Jobs, Enterprise & Training) one-stop community resource centre in one of the most economically deprived areas in UK, to now having city-wide presence with three large venues with vast network of partners and outreach. Blessed with highly qualified and experienced staff we see over 900 new customers each month who are supported with careers, training and work... In all our dealings we plan to be open, honest, transparent and professional.
