Colin holds a B.Eng (HONS) Electrical & Electronic Engineering and is a TUV certified Functional Safety specialist. He has considerable experience project managing the design, installation and commissioning of safety systems, including fire & gas, emergency shutdown and process control systems across a number of industries. Founder of the XL Global Group he maintains an active leadership role across the divisions.
David is a NEBOSH Diploma and ISO 9001 Lead auditor qualified QHSE professional. Having worked in the Oil and Gas industry for KCA Deutag Drilling and Petrofac he joined XL Global Group in 2021. He works across the Group focussing on application and assurance of the Group Management systems and the continuous improvement of internal processes.
Farid holds both Bachelor and Master degrees in Mechanical Engineering and is a Project Management Professional, accredited by PMI. He has gained engineering and management experience in mining, manufacturing, research & development and oil & gas. He joined accessxl as General Manager in 2015 and is responsible for overseeing the design, manufacture and delivery of all vehicle lift products and bespoke fabrication projects.

Graeme is a BA (Hons) Business Studies and Management graduate with 18 years' experience in a range of industries including Semi-Conductors, Cables and Professional services. Graeme joined XL Group in 2019 taking on responsibility for the expansion of our customer base in Central Scotland and North East England. Having supported sales for all of XL Global Group's UK divisions, Graeme was promoted to the role of Business Development Manager in 2021. Graeme is responsible for the group's ongoing business development strategy and the continued growth and diversification of our customer base.
Jay spent 28 years as an electromechanical engineer in the British army working on its huge array of equipment. Jay was awarded the MBE for actions on operations in Afghanistan. Prior to joining XL Group, he worked as a Programme Management consultant for Jacobs Engineering and most recently was UK Operations Manager for Lucy Electric UK. Jay is responsible for amcxl operational delivery and the continued growth of this division.
John has over 20 years of Control Systems, Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering experience working in Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Singapore, Abu Dhabi and Texas. An Electrical Engineering graduate of Memorial University he is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia and Alberta and a member of CSA International. John is voluntarily involved in Skills Canada Newfoundland and Labrador as Vice President. As general manager of IEAS John is responsible for the growth of the division and operational delivery of projects.
Karen holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Memorial University and ICD.D designation from ICD-Rotman. She is a very active community business leader with over twenty years experience in management, business operations, and customer delivery. Karen is responsible for the overall management and growth of atlanticxl and beyond, as well as holding various board positions outside the organization.
Mark has more than 15 years' experience in the Metering & Measurement sector of the Oil & Gas industry. Having joined XL Group in August 2020, following 9 years with Petrofac where he led their global Metering division, Mark is responsible for leading, growing and diversifying the aquidataxl and amcxl businesses in the global marketplace.
Paul started out as an Accountant before moving on to Commercial and Management roles. Having over 20 years' experience in the Mobility and Accessibility sectors and previously working for one of the largest quoted companies in the sector, he is now promoting the mobilityxl brand to a worldwide customer base.
Richard has over 20 years' experience working within Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation disciplines across Water, Oil & Gas and Marine industries. Richard joined automationxl in 2020. His role involves the overall accountability for the management of the safe, efficient & compliant EICA delivery of project lifecycle work within the agreed programme of works across the business.
