Several years prior experience at SCWCSU, working with large datasets (e.g. HES) to support commissioning, and before that in an Acute provider.
Geoff is a practicing clinician working within Paediatrics, Intensive Care and medical education. He has experience in developing technology innovations within the healthcare setting and was appointed as an NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Fellow in 2018.
Lead developer on HelpMyStreet. Previously 5 years at Fresenius Medical Care, creating software to help delay the need for dialysis for patients with chronic kidney disease, as well as 10 years experience as Technical Lead in other organisations.

Jim is CEO of Practice Plus Group, a significant supplier of services to the NHS.
Laura has extensive experience in extracting, cleaning and analysing data across numerous healthcare settings: maternity services (identifying key metrics for board-level reporting), primary care (identifying cohorts of high usage) and also worked on the One London Discovery project, producing specifications performing extensive data quality work to identify data gaps.
Mark has 20 years experience in financial services. With Matt, he founded HD Decisions in 2008, after 10 years at Capital One. HD is now owned by Experian and employs 100 people in Nottingham.

Matt worked in oil exploration for 3 years before joining Capital One in 1999. He then started HD Decisions with Mark in 2008. He has a Degree and PhD in Mech Eng from Loughborough.
Mike has extensive experience planning, building and operating secure platforms for online transaction processing, and databases that facilitate offline analysis. Recent examples include HelpMyStreet, and building audit logging functionality for an applicationto track data sharing permissions for the One London Discovery programme.
Ollie is an expert in handling large complex healthcare datasets (e.g. for the One London Discovery programme) and extracting insight from these datasets to help drive change. Shapes high quality solutions by working closely with healthcare professionals to translate their needs into detailed data and technology requirements for build.
