Anna has a multicultural background and over 10 years of experience in Full-cycle Recruitment and Talent Acquisition both in-house and externally, leading recruitment processes across the globe within Hi-tech, Digital Forensics, SATCOM/ Space & Defense, and Life Science industries with international companies at all sizes from startup to big corporates working across all departments.
As a trusted talent advisor and partner to stakeholders, Anna has scaled up teams from scratch and led searches for very niche and hard-to-fill positions while providing market intelligence insights to clients. She is always thinking out of the box and bringing creativity to recruitment methods, strategy, improving processes, and candidate experience journey, always looking for the best solutions.
As part of our Embedded Solution's group she provides recruitment scale up solutions by working alongside and within your Human Resources group. She leads and improves key recruitment processes, can manage external suppliers, design technical assessments, aid in the selection and sourcing of applicant tracking systems, and coach / mentor hiring managers in effective process management.
Anna in her free time loves to connect with people from different cultures, travel, and spend time outdoors hiking with her Labrador & Dobermann mix pooch and her partner.

With over 20 years of leading teams in the Pharmaceutical industry with her final role as Vice President, Head of R&D Europe Regional Center, Charmaine brings real world experience leading as a Senior Executive to her consulting services.
Charmaine is a Senior Regulatory Operations leader in the global pharmaceutical industry with 20+ years' experience leading teams, implementing strategic processes, projects and integrations across pharmaceutical operations within Research & Development. Collaborative inclusive colleague and leader, adept at motivating people through organisational change and transformation. Experienced in working in complex international multi-functional and multi-cultural environments. Passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion and ensuring colleagues have the opportunity to work in a great work environment where they can grow and develop.
In her previous role at Takeda she established the R&D Centre of Excellence in Europe. Provided strategic leadership; created infrastructure to support R&D Europe needs. She was awarded an R&D People & Culture award in recognition of work strengthening relationships and developing culture. She also sat on the Steering Committee & Advisory boards on DE&I initiatives and employee resource groups.
She joined Impel Talent to Lead our UK team and growth, supporting key clients across Europe with Leadership Development, Career Coaching and Culture advisory services.
When Charmaine is not supporting our clients with their leadership development and coaching needs, she can be found outdoors hiking, kayaking, swimming and spending quality time with her family. She has a keen interest in self-development and is currently studying German and studying for her Life coaching Diploma.

Eugene expertly leads the diverse and exciting Space and Technology sector for our clients and candidates.
Eugene is a graduate of Business and Management from Bournemouth University and has 10 years' experience in the recruitment industry, both agency and in-house across Engineering, Manufacturing, Software and Data, Eugene has been working in the Space sector for over 5 years with an enviable candidate and client list reliant on his unique ability to understand the demands of one of the fastest growing global industries.
Previously the Lead Recruiter for Open Cosmos, one of the fastest growing space companies in Europe, Eugene has invaluable experience that enables him to understand the internal and external struggles faced by Space and Technology companies. He understands the importance of working partnership with businesses to develop and grow high performing teams with an approach that puts the needs of the person and their career ambitions at the forefront of everything he does.
As Head of Space and Technology, Eugene brings a wealth of knowledge to the Impel Talent team with an outstanding track record of delivery throughout his career. His contribution to the Space and Tech industry means that he will continue to build successful partnerships with SME's to globally recognised brands as they work through their growth plans.
Gabrielle joins us to build out and strengthen our finance department, bringing an impressive background in managing bookkeeping for a portfolio of 22-30 clients. Her expertise includes payroll services, UK VAT returns, supplier payments, and producing monthly management reports. With her exceptional work ethic, positive attitude, and strong capabilities, Gabrielle is a valuable asset to our growing team.
Outside of work, Gabrielle enjoys hiking, reading biographies, memoirs, and fiction, as well as meeting and learning from new people.
Greg brings to Impel Talent over 30 years of proven success, in building and developing profitable businesses at Board and Owner level and attracting investment within market leading organisations servicing markets in UK, EMEA and Africa. His proven expertise in acquisitions, building and scaling start-ups, and restructuring SMEs, allows Impel to have the insight and support to really expand our growth. Not only has he led successful businesses to scaling and exits throughout his career within the driving seat of organisations but has provided key consulting to various businesses within his consultancy, GMA.

Jacqui comes with over 15 years of specialist recruitment experience, and as a Principal Talent Consultant she leads talent strategy for client across Renewables, Sustainability, Energy Management and CleanTech sectors within the UK and Europe.
Jacqui started her Career in Sales and Marketing within the Learning and Development, consulting with senior business leaders to tailor bespoke solutions to match their needs. As Business Development Manager at Bytes Technology Group, she consulted with clients to uncovering learning and development needs for their departments through skills assessments and developed training plans to support teams to enable them to align with the client's tech strategy.
She then moved into the Telecoms Industry, at MTN Group, the largest mobile operator in Africa. She built and mentored high performing sales teams honing her skills in performance management and development, implementing initiatives to improve operations to ultimately improve client delivery.
Seeking a new challenge, Jacqui then co-founded HG Recruitment and Search specialists. Building a business that would service the Tech, Telecoms and E-commerce industries in specialist recruitment and executive search.
Jacqui moved into the sustainability, selling consulting services to corporate companies to reduce their carbon footprint and operate more efficiently. Jacqui also worked in the renewable energy sector in Solar PV, CSP and wind sourcing specialist skills for key projects in the EMEA region.
She makes it her goal to research and understand her client's economic environment, key challenges and strategy. She gains trusted relationships quickly due to her high level of authentic client interaction, with a genuine interest in forming long term partnerships.
On weekends you can find her exploring and hiking the paths less travelled in the Chiltern Hills. She loves gardening and spending quality time in nature with her family and her beloved 4 legged friend, her airedale terrier, Bella.
Karen brings HR practices and Inclusion initiatives to the forefront by advising Impel on strategy and processes.
Karen has over 15 years of experience as an HR Manager with large FMCG companies (Homebase & Sainsbury's). She then spent 7 years working in nonprofits and charity organisations leading as Director of Fundraising and 5 years in business development for marketing services for large scale hiring projects. She has covered roles across two continents working for a diverse range of employers from a fast paced corporate environment (+150,000 employees) to working within the cost driven non-profit sector to a small entrepreneurial business employing a staff of less than 20. Karen brings a large range of experience which that allows her to evaluate the impact Impel has on our community, our team, and the environment.

After embarking on a worldwide travelling expedition before settling in the UK, he quickly found his feet at Executive Search firm Proco Global, a business that provides executive search functions throughout the supply chain. With his unique understanding of the sector and his passion for creating high performing teams, he lead the creation and development of a new business division, Proco Associates. Nathaniel is experienced at handling large recruitment projects for high level specialists and middle-management across greenfield and brownfield manufacturing and supply chain expansion projects.
