Jamie is our Lead Technician. He boasts many years in vehicle repair and mechanical experience gained from a variety of roles. He began his career as an apprentice aged 16 at Toyota. When he 17 he enrolled in the Army where he served for 5 years.

Richard joins the Great North Auto Services team as our Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester from Land Rover, Ripon, where he held the same position. He brings with him 37 years' industry experience. Covering all aspects of vehicle repair from servicing, engine and gearbox strip down to high-level diagnostic work.
Starting his career as a vehicle technician within Ford dealerships, Richard then continued his career at Toyota and then Nissan, where he was Master Technician and workshop controller for 5 years.
We are excited to be able to utilise Richard's excellent dealership experience, bringing those skills to our workshop. Richard also brings with him a solid, down to earth, jargon free attitude.
