Alex Hume

Job Titles:

Alex joined Finance Earth in 2019 and leads work on a range of built and natural environment projects. Alex comes from a background in renewable energy, and from 2020 has acted as advisor to CORE LLP, a £50m community renewable energy fund. In this role, Alex leads across operational management and has played a key part in a number of CORE's landmark transactions. Alex has broad experience across UK natural capital markets and products. He works closely with an array of local authorities throughout the UK in the design and implementation of natural capital approaches, most recently developing Plymouth City Council's Ocean City Nature strategy. Similarly, he works closely with several of our eNGO partners to unlock new nature-based solutions and funding streams for the protection of our most important natural assets. In addition, Alex has supported both the UK government and devolved governments on the design of ecosystem service market support mechanisms. Alex has a BA (Hons) in History from Lincoln College, University of Oxford.

Alice Millest - Chief Investment Officer

Alice joined Finance Earth in 2021 to lead our work with the Blue Impact Fund, but has been a member of the Finance For Sustainability family since 2016 when she spearheaded Arts Ventures. Alice has worked in the impact investing sector since 2014, and has experience advising funds and foundations on their investment activity as well as direct support of enterprises and charities on business development and investment raising. Alice has held roles at Social Finance and the European Venture Philanthropy Association, as well as working independently as a consultant. Prior to joining the impact sector, Alice worked for Ares Fund Management and Investec Bank, structuring debt instruments for small and medium private equity owned businesses in the UK.

Alicia Gibson

Alicia joined Finance Earth in 2017 and leads a range of natural capital investment advisory and fund development projects. Prior to joining Finance Earth, Alicia qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte, where she provided audit and advisory services to fast-growing private equity backed businesses. Alicia is a member of ICAEW's Sustainability Committee, advising on the design and implementation of its sustainability strategy and policies. While at Deloitte, Alicia volunteered as part of a BeyondMe team to provide support to an educational charity working in remote areas of the world. Previously, Alicia gained experience working with a social enterprise to produce and market hand-made accessories in Kenya. Alicia holds a first-class BSc in Economics from the University of Bristol, where she specialised in Environmental Economics and International Development.

Allan Benhamou

Allan joined Finance Earth in 2021 and supports across a range of natural capital investment advisory and fund development projects. Allan started his career in the impact investing sector at Mirova, where he worked on the development of the Land Degradation Neutrality Fund and analysed natural capital investment opportunities in developing countries. Following his time at Mirova, Allan joined the French Public Investment Bank's private equity division as an analyst and took part in several transactions dedicated to support the growth of SMEs in strategic sectors of the French economy, including renewable energy production. Allan holds an MA in Finance and Corporate Strategy from Sciences Po Paris and an MSc in Environment & Development from the London School of Economics, where his dissertation focused on the development of the conservation finance sector.

Ami Grajcarek

Ami joins the team with 10 + years of experience working in Human Resources and has a background in working across charities and within high growth scale-ups. Ami is very passionate about the environment and is super keen on living sustainably and is always trialing the latest eco-products.

André Sarvarian

Job Titles:

André was the first team member to join Finance Earth in 2017 and is now advising as a Senior Consultant, formerly an Associate Director. André is responsible for the management of CORE Partners, Finance Earth's flagship fund seeking to acquire ground-mounted solar assets on behalf of local communities. André has managed all processes from origination, due diligence and acquisition, through to portfolio operation and exit. Additionally, André led CORE's first new-build project, a 7.2MW site in South Devon. André's background is in technology and business services, where he spent the early part of his career as a strategy consultant advising TMT and financial services clients before transitioning into venture capital where he was involved in backing a number of early stage technology investments. Prior to joining Finance Earth, André spent over four years as a corporate finance advisor, working across a range of transactions involving financing and M&A. André holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from King's College London and an Investment Management Certificate from the CFA Society of the UK, alongside professional qualifications from CIMA and ICAEW.

Anna Halliday

Anna joined Finance Earth in 2022 and supports across a range of natural capital investment advisory projects. Prior to joining Finance Earth, Anna was a senior associate at OC&C Strategy Consultants with experience across the UK, mainland Europe and the US. She has wide-ranging experience advising C/executive-level clients from blue chip corporates, NGOs and private equity backed companies on corporate strategy, sustainability, M&A (buy-side and sell-side), operational transformation & optimisation in addition to performing pro-bono work with some of the UK's largest charities. Anna also brings a range of experience in international development, social investment and sustainability. During her time at university, Anna was Vice President and Treasurer of a sustainability-focused student-run charity, Bristol Volunteers for Development Abroad (BVDA). During her tenure, Anna co-ran a team of students, trustees and NGOs to create and deliver three international development projects in Malawi, Uganda and Nepal. Anna has also delivered several pro-bono projects for Inspiring Scotland, a venture philanthropy organisation focused on initiatives to alleviate inequality and poverty across Scotland in a sustainable and commercially viable way. Anna holds a first-class BSc (Hons) in Economics via Engineering from the University of Bristol, where she specialised in the economics of developing countries and corporate finance.

Beatrice Basso

Beatrice started her career as a strategist at Goldman Sachs, covering a range of high-yield companies in the European and UK debt markets and generating trade ideas for clients like asset managers and hedge funds. Following her time at Goldman Sachs, Beatrice worked as Carbon Project Manager for a soil carbon measurement company, supporting the structuring of projects aimed at enhancing agricultural land quality in southwestern Kenya. Beatrice holds a first-class BSc in Economics and Management from the University of Trento and Technische Universität Dresden, and a first-class MSc in Management from Bocconi University.

Ben Crane

Ben joined Finance Earth in 2023 and supports across a range of natural capital investment advisory projects. Ben has a background in agriculture and investment management. Prior to Finance Earth, Ben worked for Southberg Holdings, a family office specialising in the development and long-term management of large-scale, sustainable agricultural projects. There, he helped oversee the responsible management of an international portfolio of existing projects, and worked to develop the business and operational case for new projects around the world. Ben holds a BA in Biological Sciences from the University of Oxford and an MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London.

Caleb Wheeler-Robinson

Caleb joined Finance Earth in 2020 to support the delivery of key client projects with the National Trust, RSPB and Wildlife Trusts. Caleb's career started as a management consultant at Deloitte, covering technology delivery and human capital consulting across private and public sector clients on multi-workstream projects. Following his time at Deloitte, Caleb completed the competitive On Purpose leadership development course in 2020, completing placements at: Big Society Capital, where he supported the organisation to raise a £60 million fund to provide housing for people who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness; and tech for good start up Lightful where he delivered a B Corp Business Impact Assessment. Caleb has a BSc in International Management with German from the University of Bath.

Charlie Helsby

Charlie joined Finance Earth in 2022 and supports across a range of natural capital investment advisory projects and fund management for CORE. Prior to joining Finance Earth, Charlie worked in the Infrastructure Finance team at ING Bank, structuring transactions across utilities, social and economic infrastructure both in Europe and globally. As a Sustainability Champion, he was also responsible for developing and promoting the deployment of sustainable financing offerings to clients. Before ING, Charlie gained experience at a specialist clean energy investment firm, Sustainable Development Capital. Charlie holds a MSc in Energy, Trade & Finance from Bayes (formerly Cass) Business School in London and a BSc in Marine Biology from Newcastle University.

Chris Bell

Chris joined Finance Earth in May 2023 as Head of Risk and Compliance. Chris's background is in regulatory compliance, risk, and audit; he has over 25 years' regulatory experience working for a range of multinational organisations, including insurance companies, wealth management firms, and FTSE 250 companies. Chris also founded and managed a boutique consultancy firm. Chris spent the first 10 years of his professional career auditing UK law firms for market-leading insurers, and for the last 15 years Chris has supported firms in navigating compliance with PRA, FCA, EU, money laundering, and data compliance regulations. Prior to joining Finance Earth, Chris was the Compliance Manager and part of the Audit, Risk and Compliance team for a FTSE 250 group of companies with over 7000 employees based in 7 countries, with a combined turnover exceeding £1.2bn, where he and his team were instrumental in implementing and managing regulatory frameworks. Chris holds an LLB (Hons) degree in Law from Manchester Metropolitan University.

Craig Humphrey

Craig is a founding member of Finance Earth and is currently Risk and Compliance Officer. Before joining Finance Earth, Craig worked at Pall Mall Capital, an international corporate finance boutique, where he acted as Chief Operating Officer and FCA Reporting Officer. At Pall Mall Capital, Craig undertook a wide range of projects in the energy and industrials sectors, including a number of early solar transactions in continental Europe, supporting the financing of industrial-scale ground-mount assets across Germany and Italy, as well as thin film and panel manufacturers in Germany. He has also worked with businesses and on large scale infrastructure projects in anaerobic digestion biogas (utilising energy crops and/or animal effluent) and waste to energy. Craig was instrumental in preparing the business plan and securing funding for a North Wales based business set up to produce sheep's wool building insulation as a sustainable, natural and healthier alternative, as well as having improved insulation properties compared to traditional mineral fiber insulation products. He is part owner of his family's sheep and beef farm in his home, New Zealand. Craig is passionate about improving the sustainability of food production, ethical farming and the circular economy, and would like to continue to find and support the development of new ways to turn waste or undervalued bi-products from these industries into valuable assets. Craig has an MBA from London Business School.

Daisy Bidault

Daisy joined Finance Earth in September 2022 and supports across a range of natural capital investment advisory projects. Prior to joining Finance Earth, Daisy was a Senior Analyst at the Green Finance Institute where she focused on developing innovative financial solutions to decarbonise the UK's Built Environment, through the Coalition for the Energy Efficiency of Buildings. At an international scale, she worked on the Green Bank Design Platform and the initial phases of the Green Finance Guarantee Facility. Daisy also brings experience from the UN Environment Programme Finance Initiative (UNEP FI), where she supported the Europe, LATAM and MENA regional coordinators on their sustainable finance initiatives. Daisy holds a BA (Hons) in Chinese Studies and Spanish from the University of Durham and spent a year in Beijing at Peking University. She is also a bilingual French speaker.

Doug Hull

Doug joined Finance Earth in January 2022 with a background in the Civil Service, as well as social investment at Social Finance. Doug's work in the Civil Service spans a period of four years where he worked on a range of cross-departmental projects and reports, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and relationship management. Prior to this, Doug spent 3+ years at Social Finance, a social investment intermediary. Doug led the development and oversight of social impact bonds (SIBs) to reduce youth homelessness in Birmingham, Manchester and Liverpool; and improve outcomes for vulnerable teenagers in the Thames Valley and Manchester. He also led the development of an outcomes-based contract supporting young people with learning difficulties in Bradford, and a pioneering data-based project exploring the drivers of young people falling out of education and employment in Newcastle. Doug began his career at Charity Finance Group, where he led the organisation's engagement with the new social investment tax relief. Doug has a BA in Geography from Cambridge University, and is also a primary school governor.

Elizabeth Beall - Managing Director

Elizabeth joined Finance Earth in 2022 as a Director of Advisory and is now a Managing Director. Elizabeth is a specialist in nature-based solutions and climate finance, and has worked in an advisory capacity providing insight on project design, feasibility, and investment models across a range of sectors and geographies for more than 15 years. At Finance Earth, Elizabeth has led recent engagement with the National Trust, the Crown Estate, the Green Finance Institute, and WWF, developing strategies for engagement in natural capital markets and designing innovative financing mechanisms to support climate and nature objectives. Elizabeth has held a variety of roles focused on the nexus of investment and sustainable development, including within development finance institutions, the UN, and non-profit environmental organisations. Elizabeth has worked extensively across emerging economies as well as in direct engagement in the UK, Europe, and the US. Elizabeth is a Fulbright Scholar and has published research on engaging local communities, including indigenous peoples, in climate finance and nature-based solutions. Elizabeth holds a Master's degree in Commerce and Administration from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand, and a Bachelor's in International Relations and International Business from Northeastern University.

Fraser O'Halloran

He brings experience in water stewardship, greening finance and environmental policy, having previously worked in the environmental NGO and consulting sectors. Prior to joining Finance Earth Fraser worked as a project manager at CDP where he supported financial institutions in incorporating water and nature-related risk and impact within their investment decisions. Fraser holds an MSc in Water Science, Policy and Management from the University of Oxford and a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Science from Lancaster University.

George Hubbard

Prior to joining Finance Earth, George worked as an Environmental Consultant in AECOM's Natural Capital and Environmental Net Gain team. Projects included developing, for WWF and FIDIC, a ‘Playbook for Nature Positive Infrastructure Development' and also acting as Secretariat for the Sustainable Markets Initiative (SMI) in producing a paper on the ‘Technical Advances in Assessing Natural Climate Solutions for Global Carbon Markets'. George is certified as a Practitioner Member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (PIEMA) and as a Registered Environmental Practitioner (REnvP) from the Society for the Environment. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society (FRGS). George holds a MSc with Distinction in Environmental Economics and Environmental Management and BA (Hons) in Human Geography and Environment, from the University of York.

Georgie Fowler

Prior to joining Finance Earth, Georgie was Office Manager for Low Carbon's solar and wind development offices, where she supported the team to increase the UK's pipeline of renewable energy projects. During her time at university, she worked for the green tech start-up Hazaar, creating sustainable marketplaces for students. Jack Pearce

Before joining the team as an Analyst, Jack worked as an intern at Finance Earth, honing his skills in developing financial models for BNG, Woodland Carbon, and Peatland Carbon to create an investment case for UK natural capital projects. Jack has also supported on projects designing outcomes-based climate finance mechanisms. Prior to joining Finance Earth, Jack completed an internship with Gresham House, gaining experience in corporate finance, financial modelling and environmental sustainability. Jack led work to develop an ESG framework across real assets (forestry, renewables, and infrastructure). Jack was External Relations Officer and Lead Sustainable Investment Analyst for the Exeter Student Investment Fund. During his tenure, Jack managed the Sustainable Investment Analysts for the Real Money Fund and championed sustainable finance through hosting roundtables, podcast discussions, and writing newsletters. Jack holds a first-class BSc (Hons) in Economics from the University of Exeter, where he specialised in environmental economics and sustainable development. Jack also completed a summer programme with the Oeschger Centre for Climate Change Research at the University of Bern.

James Mansfield - Founder, Managing Director

Jamie co-founded Finance Earth in 2016 and leads Finance Earth's investment advisory and fund creation work, designing and implementing innovative financing models for the natural and built environment. Jamie provides overall strategy to the advisory programmes with RSPB, WWF, Environment Agency, FTSE100 corporates, family offices and multiple foundations. At Finance Earth, Jamie has designed a range of blended fund structures including: Greater Manchester's Environment Fund, blending and strategically aligning public, philanthropic and commercial capital; co-design and management of a £50m blended impact investment fund, Community Owned Renewable Energy, that transitions solar assets into local community ownership; and a £50m Blue Impact Fund for marine and ocean health in partnership with WWF. Jamie has extensive experience across M&A, project financing and debt underwriting of renewable energy and natural asset projects and has structured over £150m of long-term impact investments with institutional investors.

Jamie Frere-Scott

Jamie joined Finance Earth in April 2023 and is responsible for supporting project management across a range of natural capital advisory projects. Jamie's background is in investment management & research and most recently natural capital markets. Jamie spent over 10 years of his professional career as an investment research specialist covering equity, fixed income, alternatives and real assets for wealth management and pension scheme clients. Prior to joining Finance Earth, Jamie was part of the founding team at an agri-tech business with a focus on soil carbon assets validated by physical soil measurement. As Head of Partnerships, Jamie was responsible for customer success across land managers and landowners, alongside managing all operations linked to soil analysis, developing scientific networks, and engaging with both policy and code relating to soil carbon in the UK. Jamie has an MA (Hons) degree in Geography and Social and Economic History from the University of Edinburgh and is an active member of the Worshipful Company of Grocers in the City of London. Jamie also oversees his family's livestock farm in the Scottish Borders.

Jasmine Yim

Prior to joining Finance Earth, Jasmine volunteered for a U.S. non-profit advocating a bipartisan federal policy providing payments for ecosystem services for agricultural producers. She was also an intern at Small Enterprise Assistance Funds, an impact investment fund. During her time at university, she lead Six Degrees, a cross-university environmental consultancy providing governments, corporates, and NGOs with innovative sustainability solutions. Jasmine has a BA in Jurisprudence (Law) from the University of Oxford, with a first in Environmental Law.

Joyce Phan

Joyce joined Finance Earth in April 2023, with a background in capital markets and sustainable finance. Joyce's most recent role was in debt capital markets at ANZ Bank, where she executed transactions for Australian corporates across multiple sectors in global debt markets. Her experience in sustainable finance includes the first green bond in the Australian market as well as subsequent green, social, sustainability and sustainability-linked bonds. Joyce holds a Masters of Applied Finance from Macquarie University, in addition to a BEng in Mechatronic Engineering with first class honours and a BEcon from the University of Adelaide.

Karen Dolenec

Karen brings to Finance Earth over 20 years of private markets investment experience, with a career focus on asset-backed strategies including infrastructure, real estate and natural resources. Karen is currently a partner at Ancala Partners, a UK and European infrastructure investment firm with a focus on mid-market infrastructure assets. Previously, Karen was a founding member and Managing Director of Terra Firma Capital Partners (formerly Nomura Principal Finance Group), where she was responsible for investment team management, from deal sourcing and execution, to overseeing key aspects of the portfolio businesses. Karen has also held the role of Global Head of Real Assets at Willis Towers Watson, heading up the investment group that incorporated real estate, infrastructure and natural resources, deploying c.$2-3 billion per year.

Martha Pybus

Martha joined Finance Earth in 2021 to support on fund management for CORE partners and a range of natural capital investment projects. Prior to joining Finance Earth, Martha qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant at the merchant bank Close Brothers, where she spent over four years working in a variety of finance roles, including Financial Control, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Regulatory Reporting. At Close Brothers, Martha also held the role of Treasurer of the Wimbledon office CSR committee which included managing the annual budget and fundraising for the group's charities. In 2021 Martha completed the Sustainable Finance course with the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership. Martha holds an MA (Hons) in History from the University of Edinburgh.

Paveen Ghalay

Paveen joined Finance Earth in 2020 and is responsible for supporting project management across a range of natural capital advisory projects. Prior to joining Finance Earth, Paveen worked in the Innovative Finance team at The British Red Cross, where she was involved in the development of Social Impact Bonds to fund global water and sanitation projects, as well as environmental emergency disaster responses. Previously, Paveen gained experience in Kenya working with a low-mid cost education platform seeking to provide affordable, quality education across Sub-Saharan Africa. During her time there, Paveen led the financial and economic due diligence on the acquisition of a South African teacher training institute and created investor proposals seeking funding from impact-focused private equity funds. Paveen's earlier career focused on commercial strategy, risk and finance across global energy and agricultural commodity trading businesses. Paveen holds an MSc in Trade and Finance from Cass Business School and a BSc in Biochemistry from the University of Nottingham.

Richard Fitton - Chief Investment Officer

Richard joined Finance Earth in 2019 and is responsible for managing our ongoing relationship and a diverse range of projects with RSPB. Richard's background is in corporate finance across M&A and capital markets in the UK and Asia. He started his professional career in London, initially as a Chartered Accountant at BDO, and then in Corporate Finance at both BDO and Smith & Williamson, with a focus on mid-market companies in the renewable energy and environment sector. Prior to joining Finance Earth, Richard spent four years in Ho Chi Minh City at Vietnam's leading investment bank, helping some of the country's largest companies to list on the local stock market and raise capital from global institutional investors. Richard has a first-class BA (Hons) in History from Bristol University and recently completed an MSc in Sustainable Energy from the Centre of Alternative Technology (CAT) in Wales where his dissertation focused on the monetary valuation of ecosystem services from freshwater habitats.

Richard Speak - Founder, Managing Director

Richard co-founded Finance Earth in 2016 as part of the Finance For Sustainability group, a collective of leading social and environmental impact investment advisors and fund managers. Richard worked for over ten years in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, where amongst other things he completed a number of transactions in large-scale European solar. In 2012, Richard set up two social enterprises in grass roots sport, and redirected his career into Social Investment, linking financial returns with improving social outcomes, and joined the UK's leading social advisory firm Social Finance in 2013. As a Director at Social Finance, Richard raised the first ever £10m Social Solar Bond aimed at reducing fuel poverty in the UK using solar technology, as well as completing over 15 other transactions involving over £35m of social investment. Richard is a Chartered Accountant and holds a LLB (Hons) in law, and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Securities and Investments. Richard is passionate about conservation and is a Fellow of the Zoological Society of London. Richard holds an LLB in Law from Lancaster University, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ICAS) at EY. Richard also has a diploma in Securities and Investments from the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (CISI).

Rupesh Chatwani - Chief Investment Officer

Rupesh joined Finance Earth in December 2023 to lead our green impact private equity investments as part of the UK Nature Impact Fund. Rupesh has over two decades of experience in technology venture capital, having raised, managed, and deployed funds for the likes of Add Partners, EBRD, and Xista. He also has significant experience in corporate finance and M&A advisory, and holds a range of non-executive roles, including being the Chair of Sumerian Foundation. Rupesh has a BS degree in Computer and Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University, and an MBA from London Business School.

Sanchi Gupta

Sanchi joined Finance Earth in 2021 and supports across a range of natural capital investment advisory projects. She brings experience in environment, conservation and sustainability policy to the team having previously worked in the strategy consulting and non-profit industries. Sanchi started her career as a Legislative Aide in the Indian Parliament, where she drafted and tabled legislation on wildlife conservation and groundwater management. Subsequently, she joined Boston Consulting Group's Social Impact and Public Sector division as a Research Analyst where she had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects from renewable energy investments to ESG assessments. More recently, she has been working for the Grantham Institute on Climate Change and the Place-based Climate Action Network to write a report on climate change adaptation in London from the perspective of local borough authorities. She holds an MSc in Environmental Policy and Regulation from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a BA (Hons) in Political Science from the University of Delhi.

Sarah Darrah

Sarah joined Finance Earth in 2021 and supports a range of natural capital advisory projects, including the delivery and scaling of the Greater Manchester Environment Fund through the creation of investment models for habitat restoration. Sarah brings experience and expertise in biodiversity conservation and impact metrics to the team, having previously worked as a project manager at the UN Environment Programme's World Conservation Monitoring Centre. At UNEP-WCMC, Sarah led the development of the Wetland Extent Trends Index to monitor progress towards water-related biodiversity targets and the Sustainable Development Goals. Most recently, Sarah has been based in Indonesia supporting the Wildlife Conservation Society across their conservation programmes. Sarah holds an MSc in Conservation Science from Imperial College London and a BA in Biological Sciences from the University of Oxford.

Scott Mitchell

Scott joined Finance Earth in 2023 and supports across a range of natural capital investment advisory projects. Prior to joining Finance Earth, Scott worked as a commercial underwriter for Bank of America, where he structured loans for firms ranging from start-ups to publicly traded companies. While with Bank of America, he specialized in lending to small to medium-sized firms across a variety of industries, including retail, logistics, healthcare, manufacturing, and nonprofits. Scott holds an MA in International Political Economy from King's College London, where he researched the impact of global supply chains on East Asian economic development. He also holds a BS in Finance from Miami University.

Tony Chandiram - CFO

Tony joined Finance Earth in September 2021 as our Financial Controller. Tony has since become our Head of Finance.

Will Parsons

Will joined Finance Earth in 2022 and supports across a range of natural capital investment advisory projects and CORE Partners. He has a background in policy, communications and advocacy in the environmental sector. Prior to joining Finance Earth, Will worked at Seahorse Environmental, a specialist environmental communications agency, where he helped run the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Sustainable Finance and worked with clients including WWF and E3G on green finance focused projects. Will started his career working in marketing and public affairs for The Wildlife Trusts. Will also has an MSc in Environmental Policy and Regulation from LSE, where he researched strategies and challenges for unlocking investment in natural capital, and a BA in History from Durham University.

Yann Grandemange

Yann joined Finance Earth in 2021 and leads a range of natural capital investment advisory and fund development projects. Yann brings over 7 years of experience in finance and asset management. Prior to joining Finance Earth, he worked at Nomura Asset Management on a wide range of investment grade and high yield investment mandates, investing in the American and European debt markets. Yann recently completed an MBA at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School, specialising in sustainability and entrepreneurship. While in Cambridge, he was also a consultant for Fauna & Flora International, to develop a new investment vehicle to finance a pipeline of projects with species conservation impact. Yann is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from EDHEC Business School in France as well as a Master in Finance from IE Business School in Spain.
