PEEK Properties is also one of the earliest adopters of utilizing the Qualified Opportunity Fund structure for our projects located in Opportunity Zones. As such, we can provide unique tax advantages to our investors while also maintaining our long-term strategic approach to owning and operating multifamily projects.
