Donal is a technical director with Jacobs and is a Fellow of both the Institution of Structural Engineers and the Institution of Engineers Ireland.

His experience with design, construction and performance on water tunnels throughout the world provides a unique perspective on successful tunnel delivery.
Jeremy is passionate about transforming the way the world builds tunnels. With a background in cutting-edge renewable energy technology, and senior leadership roles at two FTSE 100 companies, he leads hyperTunnel's commercial activities.
Chair Mark Carne CBE has had a long and distinguished career in the oil & gas and rail sectors, bringing to fruition large, complex projects while championing safety and diversity. As Chief Executive of Network Rail he oversaw £15 billion of infrastructure improvement projects, halved work-force injuries and increased female employees by 30%, earning him a CBE for services to the rail industry.
Mark is responsible for Finance and Information Technology. He is a qualified accountant and proven business partner with nearly 30 years' experience across a wide range of sectors including manufacturing, medical, pharmaceutical and hi-tech.

Mike King is an independent tunnelling consultant who has been involved in underground construction projects for over 35 years, working on numerous rail and metro projects. In 2019, he was awarded the James Clark Medal for his contributions to tunnelling by the British Tunnelling Society.
Deputy Chair Nick Cremin is a British entrepreneur and investor. Founder and former Chief Executive of investment management firm Trafalgar Capital, Cremin spent 24 years trading steel, precious metals and commodities in the Middle East and Russia. He holds directorships in several energy, waste, alternative investment and investment management businesses.
Patrick's career spans over 40 years in the manufacturing and building services sectors. He is experienced in cutting-edge automated production processes and has held C-level leadership roles at several UK companies.

Chair Peter O'Riordan is a Chartered Engineer with 30+ years' experience in civil and structural engineering, including 15 years in rail infrastructure. He led the development of London's Crossrail 2 at Arcadis, the London section of the HS2 high-speed rail project at CH2M and the redevelopment of London's St Pancras Station as part of HS1. During his 18 years at Arup, he was involved in structural design projects including bridges, underground stations, specialist blast design and heritage building refurbishment.
Steve's experience in the renewable energy sector sparked the idea that led to his invention of the hyperTunnel® method. He has previously held leadership roles in several UK businesses in the energy and property development sectors. He heads up technology development at hyperTunnel.

Digital and sustainable construction, as well as digital twins and automation, are the main focus of her attention.
