Adrian is a qualified Architect with over ten year's post-qualification experience. He has developed strong design skills coupled with sound technical expertise by working on a broad range of projects, including education, residential, commercial office and listed buildings. Adrian is adept at understanding the challenges involved in projects ranging from preliminary concept design through to individual details, and has the skills required to address them.
Adrian joined AHP in early 2013 and has since taken the lead on a number of schemes, taking them from initial concept through to planning submission. His contemporary design approach, coupled with a good understanding of the client's brief, result in creative yet practical design proposals.

Jack joined AHP in 2015 as an Architectural Technician to support the expanding Midlands office. Having successfully completing his BSc (Hons) in Architectural Technology at the University of Derby.

Lily joined us in 2018 under the national apprenticeship scheme, splitting her time between university and our Midlands office. In her spare time, Lily coaches a girl's football team and enjoys snowboarding and other active sports.

Mark is a qualified construction manager with over twenty five years' experience in the industry, six of which were gained in NHS Capital Development where he developed strong healthcare design skills. This client-based experience, gained alongside strong technical expertise, has allowed him to deliver a wide range of acute, primary care and mental healthcare projects. His early industry experience was contractor-based and this, coupled with a formal qualification in occupational safety and health, provides him with a useful insight into the design and management of construction projects.
Mark joined AHP in 2001 and he leads on numerous projects, taking them from initial concept through to delivery. Mark is adept at understanding the challenges associated with construction in highly technical occupied environments and has the skills needed to address them.
Neill was a founding partner in AHP in 1988 and has been the driving force behind the continued growth of the practice. A chartered Building Surveyor, he previously worked as a Senior Surveyor within a national building surveying consultancy and has a breadth of skills and knowledge in both design and construction.
