Adrian is a qualified Architect with over 25 years experience. He joined AHP in early 2013 as a project architect and has since progressed through the role of Associate to Director.

​Connor graduated from the University of Plymouth in 2022 with a BA in Architecture. Throughout his time at university, he actively utilized, enhanced, and broadened his skillset by working with applications like Revit and AutoCAD. Over the course of his studies, he amassed more than 2 years of experience, which has provided him with a solid foundation of knowledge suitable for projects of any magnitude. He eagerly anticipates gaining additional years of experience with various applications and is enthusiastic about acquiring new ones to contribute to the advancement of design. He joined AHP shortly after graduating and took on the role of a part 1 Architectural Assistant. Since being here he has mainly worked on projects within the residential sector
Dan joined AHP in early 2023 as a Part II Architectural Assistant and has been an integral part of many projects. He has also taken part in a RIBA ambassador day at a school, where he shared his knowledge about the field of Architecture and its career prospects with students.
When he is not at work, Dan dedicates much of his time to his young family and is an avid West Bromwich Albion supporter. He also enjoys playing tennis and swimming.

Mark is a qualified construction manager with over twenty five years' experience in the industry, six of which were gained in NHS Capital Development where he developed strong healthcare design skills. This client-based experience, gained alongside strong technical expertise, has allowed him to deliver a wide range of acute, primary care and mental healthcare projects. His early industry experience was contractor-based and this, coupled with a formal qualification in occupational safety and health, provides him with a useful insight into the design and management of construction projects.
Mark joined AHP in 2001 and he leads on numerous projects, taking them from initial concept through to delivery. Mark is adept at understanding the challenges associated with construction in highly technical occupied environments and has the skills needed to address them.

Nadia joined AHP Architects & Surveyors in 2023 as an experienced architect with passion for design, aesthetics, and thoughtful, inspiring architecture. She earned her Master's Degree in Architecture in 2005 from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering, and Geodesy in Sofia, Bulgaria. For more than 13 years (2003-2017) she had the privilege of playing a pivotal role in two reputed and well-established architectural practices where she had the opportunity to train a strong design flair and bring a personal approach in creating bespoke solutions. During this time, she was fortunate to design and deliver a range of projects including holiday resorts, hotels, restaurants, multi-storey residential buildings, residential estates, large end-off bespoke houses, secondary academy school, and cleanrooms.
She collaborated on several successful developments which have been honoured with prestigious awards, as well as two independently won awards for the design of bespoke family houses, demonstrate her unwavering commitment to excellence. In 2017, she undertook a significant career transition when she moved to the UK. The same year she registered with the ARB.
Since 2021, she has been working across various project stages for the residential sector, and successfully attained Chartered Membership of RIBA in 2022. Outside of her professional commitments, she spends time with family and enjoys music, playing the piano, cooking and hosting gourmet dinners with good friends.
Neill was a founding partner in AHP in 1988 and has been the driving force behind the continued growth of the practice. A chartered Building Surveyor, he previously worked as a Senior Surveyor within a national building surveying consultancy and has a breadth of skills and knowledge in both design and construction.
