MV Developments was established in 2007, with our first acquisition of a property in Newlyn, when we beautifully restored a coastal cottage. We have since renovated contemporary apartments, modernised and enhanced Farm Houses, converted Barns into enviable homes, as well as creating brand new cutting edge homes from parcels of land... We strive to use the best local tradesmen, and quality sustainable building materials, which helps us to create homes that not only would we be proud to live in ourselves, but also that we are proud to say that we have built.
