Adam Driscoll

Adam acquired his first business in 1994, floating it as A4 Holdings plc on OFEX in 1996. He then founded and floated channelfly.com plc on AIM in 1999. Following a management buy-out in 2003, the company returned to AIM in 2005 as MAMA Group with Adam as Co-CEO. The company grew to become a leading music business with annualised revenues of circa £50 million before it was acquired by HMV in 2010 for £46m. Adam was then a Director of Chrysalis Plc prior to its sale to BMG for £107m and Co-CEO at Vision Nine Holdings, home to the 50k Boardmasters festival. He was a Director of Pulse Films Limited, a multi-disciplinary production company acquired by Vice Media and more recently MD & shareholder of Punchdrunk Global. Adam is now CEO of ATC Group Plc, an independent music company with business interests in talent management, live booking, livestreaming and artist services. ATC listed on London's Aquis exchange in December 2021.

Daniel is responsible for communication with, and management of, Edition's client base Daniel joined Edition Capital in February 2024 and is responsible for communication with, and management of, Edition's client base. Prior to joining Edition, Daniel worked at NZX/Smartshares for 3 years where he was the manager of the Client Services team, working with Institutions, Financial Advisers, and HNW individuals on the management of their investment portfolios. Daniel has a Masters in Finance from the Auckland University of Technology.

David Bedford

Jonathan set up JBS Media in 2001 to provide consulting services to companies in the creative industries including TV Production and Distribution, Private Equity Funds, PR and Marketing services organisations. Prior to this Jonathan spent 6 Years at DRG, the UK's largest Independent International TV Distributor, initially as Chief Operating Officer and then as Group Managing Director leading DRG through a successful sale process. Jonathan has also held senior financial roles at BBC Worldwide, Channel 4 and Ingenious Media.
