Originally from Edmond, Oklahoma, Aaron found himself not too close, not too far but just the right distance from home when he started studying at Oklahoma State University. Here, he spent five years earning both a bachelor's and master's degree in management information systems. It was also where he discovered his calling: data. Every aspect of working with data fascinates him, from visualization and analysis to data engineering and machine learning. The world of analytics best allows him to fuse his love for data and the creative side of his brain. Little did he know the perfect place to pursue this unique combo was just a few miles away at InterWorks.
An avid music lover, Aaron is fascinated by rhythm. He's a former percussionist and drumline member at OSU, and though he doesn't perform anymore, he writes both original and cover pieces that combine the traditional orchestral sound and modern synthesized sounds. His dream? To score a movie or video game one day. A mantra Aaron hopes to exemplify in life is from the GOAT himself, Ludwig van Beethoven: "To play a wrong note is insignificant; to play without passion is inexcusable."

A Cowboy fan at heart, Aaron grew up in Stillwater, Oklahoma, and earned his bachelor's degree in finance from Oklahoma State University. After college, he moved to Charlotte, North Carolina, where he worked for what was then, Bank of America Securities.
After six years, Oklahoma called Aaron back home. Specifically, it was his college friend Behfar (you know him as InterWorks' CEO) who called with a new opportunity. Although the tech world was vastly different than investment banking, Aaron believed in Behfar and trusted his vision. The rest, as they say, is history!
Aaron continues to lead InterWorks' sales team and lives deep in the suburbs of Oklahoma City with his wife and three kids. He enjoys traveling and, of course, rooting for his Cowboys on game day.

When Aaron isn't working up a storm at InterWorks, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends. Spending a relaxing day in the backyard barbecuing for a big group of people is his idea of a great time that makes for even better memories. He also likes playing golf, fishing and riding his bike, so if it's anything outside, Aaron's probably a fan.
Besides Aaron's personal interests, he enjoys his role at InterWorks as part of the IT team. Aaron got his first PC when he was pretty young and has been interested in computers ever since. His favorite thing about InterWorks is the fact that it's a growing company that embraces new ideas and builds a diverse group of clients and employees.
When he began his career in technology, Adam didn't have to travel too far from his native Arkansas to find a company in need of his professional expertise. Originally from Fort Smith, Arkansas, he ended up in Oklahoma City, working for Dell as a senior-level enterprise engineer. After leaving Dell, Adam soon found another golden opportunity to satisfy his ongoing search for knowledge at InterWorks.
When Adam isn't discovering the latest tech, you can find him at the local CrossFit gym. Ever since joining CrossFit, he now prioritizes physical fitness and nutrition above all things and is definitely a happier person in general because of his healthy lifestyle.
Other than working out, Adam has had an active sports career. Throughout high school, he played golf, track and field, basketball and baseball. He even went to the Little League World Series several times! Overall, Adam likes to stay physically active by working out and mentally fit by always wanting to learn something new.
As a native of Northern Ireland, Alastair enjoyed living in a small town while attending school in Belfast. At school, his passion for rugby culminated in a successful playing career at school and club level. Sadly, following a severe rugby accident, he can now only enjoy watching from the sidelines where he still supports his local home side of Ballynahinch, as well as Ulster and Ireland.
Not afraid of a challenge after injury, Alastair seized the opportunity to travel to South Africa to help manage a Game Lodge that had been recently acquired by his uncle.
Having survived the culture shock, climate, lions, rhinos, scorpions and BIG snakes for 6 months, he returned eager to complete his already lengthy degree and fully thankful for such an experience in a place he now considers his second home.
With 7 years of Management Information experience, Alastair's skill set includes SAS programming, Business Objects, Crystal Reports, Prince2 and ETL. He enjoys working with and manipulating large volumes of data, and the challenges this presents. Alastair has a passion for data quality and is always investigating solutions to increase the credibility of operational data. Alastair loves meeting clients and getting his teeth into Tableau consultancy.
After moving across to England in 2007, Alastair now finds himself fully immersed in family life in Southampton. He enjoys spending time with his baby daughter Ruby and fiancee Gemma. He is often seen staring down his opponents from across a poker table where his analysis experience helps him make the wrong and thus costly decisions. He has been known to become very animated during 6 Nations Rugby fixtures however he still finds time to relax and unwind by shooting clay pigeons whenever possible. Always up for a laugh, Alastair enjoys a good night's ‘craic' (definition:- Irish word for fun/enjoyment (alcohol optional).
A long time ago, in a state far, far away called Florida, an Alesha was born. She grew up loving manatees, rainbows, sun showers and still does today. She moved to Oklahoma to experience the Okie life and has found her home. Alesha loves people and collects smiles to hand out to anybody who is missing one-this is how she met her best friend Lindsey nearly 20 years ago. Now they work together at InterWorks where Alesha currently serves as Procurement Coordinator.
In Alesha's free time, she enjoys going on road trips with her husband and son, reading, loom knitting, playing Atari and bacon.

From a young age, Alex has been fascinated by technology. An early adopter of new innovations and passionate about being on the cutting edge of consumer electronics, he taught himself how to code in Python and Java right after high school and ventured into native mobile app development.
A few years later, Alex graduated with undergraduate and graduate degrees from Oklahoma State University, where he helped teach the capstone mobile application development course for the MIS program and ignited his love for teaching and helping others. After finishing school, he pivoted away from full stack development and dove headfirst into the exciting world of big data with a data engineer position here at InterWorks.
Alongside development, Alex is also a self-taught woodworker. His handcrafted creations include end-grain cutting boards, beds, dining tables, coffee tables and desks. When he's not building apps or constructing fine furniture, Alex can be found spending time with his fiancée, Jenny, and their pup, Scuba.

Alex Gelmers is a proud Tulsa, Oklahoma, native and Oklahoma State University alumnus. He has been a part of the graphic design industry for over five years. Ultimately, he credits Walt Disney and his former art teachers from when he was younger as his creative inspiration.
Demonstrating a passion for high design and an appreciation for detail, Alex finds satisfaction in providing successful design that allows any end goal in mind to be accomplished.
When Alex is away from the office, he enjoys being outside, cycling, running and beekeeping. Beekeeping became a passion of Alex's after spending time with his grandfather who is also a beekeeper. The more time he puts toward studying bees, the more his passion for the outdoors and environment continues to grow.
Alex's first introduction to IT came by way of his interest in video games. Whether fixing a broken Xbox or installing a graphics card into his computer, he got a pretty good glimpse of the kind of career that would keep him interested. He continues to learn and cultivate his love for it by attending IT-focused conferences and events. While he's been to many, the real dream is to attend DEFCON, one of the largest cybersecurity conferences in the world.
When he's not brushing up on his painting skills or taking care of his bonsai trees, Alex loves making the most of life in downtown Oklahoma City by trying out new restaurants or attending events. His favorite way to spend a Friday night? Stopping in at the Oklahoma City Museum of Art, dining out for some sushi, then finishing the night with a movie.
After first meeting InterWorks at a public event, it wasn't long before Alex was convinced this was the place he wanted to be. Now, he gets to utilize and grow his skills as an IT Systems Engineer.

After years of doing things his own way-from fighting against large corporate bureaucracies to finally owning his own consulting business-Alex was delighted to find InterWorks where things are done the right way.
Figuring out how things currently work and how they should work has always been Alex's reason to tackle any project. Whether it's an interest in real estate investing, working on cars or building ski furniture as a small family business, Alex's drive stems from understanding what needs to be done and charging forward.
Working as a data architect gives Alex a way to use that natural curiosity and passion for problem solving, and InterWorks provides the ideal environment in which to do those things.

Alex studied industrial engineering in Berlin, Germany, to follow his curiosity and interest in system thinking and analytical reasoning. Attracted by the city's dynamic start-up business culture, he worked for different eCommerce companies after he completed his studies.
As Alex moved into the next phase of his career, his positions centered around marketing intelligence with a strong focus on customer analytics and campaign optimization. As an intermediary between marketing and BI departments, he quickly learned to speak both languages, with a fluency in data visualization a big part of that. This led him to Tableau, which was a short step away from finding InterWorks and landing here as an analytics consultant. A guiding principle of his work is finding the right balance between creativity and logic.
In his free time, many of Alex's interests revolve around technology and the sciences. He is into staying on the cutting edge of the industry and exploring the latest technical gadgets, as well as listening to electronic music. When he needs to escape reality for a bit, sci-fi literature always manages to be a big time-sink for him. However, when he needs to plant his feet firmly back on the ground, he loves turning to sports like running and table tennis.

Alli has a passion for constantly learning and trying out new things. This is probably how she's managing to earn her bachelor's degree in two years. She has also tried eight different sports and a multitude of creative hobbies. They didn't all stick, but she's found a few of her passions, like riding horses. And-of course-technology. An Edmond, Oklahoma, native, Alli is currently pursuing a degree in MIS from Oklahoma State University. She previously worked in the library on campus getting the opportunity to play with tech toys like 3D printers and flight simulators. A pretty sweet gig, if you ask us. Alli seeks out people who enjoy learning as much as she does, so after hearing about InterWorks, she knew this was the place she wanted to be.
When she is not doing homework, Alli enjoys walking her goldendoodle named Milo, getting started on any new craft project or taking crucial mental breaks from her studies by binging TV shows. She hopes to have more opportunities to travel and fuel her outdoor spirit in the future.
Alonso has always been the type of person who likes to take things apart to understand how they work. After dismantling his first computer, he was hooked on all things IT. In high school, Alonso became close friends with the technology director in order to learn everything he could about the world of tech.
Following high school, Alonso worked toward receiving his tech certifications and degree from Meridian Technology Center and Northern Oklahoma College. Technology is Alonso's greater mission in life and is a craft he hopes to refine while at InterWorks.
When not obsessing over tech, Alonso spends most of his time with family. He loves hitting Bricktown in downtown OKC for a boat ride or a trip to the arcade. He also loves spending time with his friends, whether it's fishing, playing pick-up basketball or hanging out at a favorite bar.

Once she had her first taste of event planning, Amanda was hooked. Introduced to it as a student manager at Oklahoma State University's Distinguished Chef Series, she thrives in the exciting (and sometimes chaotic) process of detailing an event. Amanda has performed nearly every role in events, from washing dishes and running AV cables to stage-managing celebrities and calling cues. She believes the best part of any event is watching the attendees experience it.
Amanda loves exploring new hobbies and will give anything a shot, even if some of her creations are likely to end up in a Pinterest Fails article. She loves baking and has spent many, many hours attempting to perfect her French macarons. A die-hard Oklahoma State fan, Amanda will gladly participate in spirited college football discussions … or debates, depending on how spicy the conversation gets. But most days, you'll probably find her working on a home project with her husband or playing with her daughter and two dogs.

From a young age, Amy could always be found trying to figure out exactly how things worked. She attended every camp or workshop she could to learn about everything and anything. From studying abroad (at the age of 10, mind you) and participating in Girl Scouts to attending Zoo School and being involved in school clubs, she wanted a piece of it all.
Eventually, Amy took this passion for knowledge with her to the University of Tulsa where she studied Computer Information Systems and Spanish. From there, she dove headfirst into the networking world, which eventually brought her to InterWorks as an IT Systems Engineer.
Amy doesn't confine her passion for learning only to working hours. As a collector of hobbies-we're talking over 30 activities and interests-her desire to learn has her all over the place. Rockhounding, powerlifting, dog training, photography, camping, volunteering, traveling … the list goes on. Most of her time is spent seeing what kind of chaos she can stir up with her two dogs, Mango and Bluebell, and her husband, Josh. You can usually find her at the local coffee shop or brewery asking a never-ending slew of questions, always looking to add to her knowledge stores.
