SCOTT MADDISON - Key Persons
Alison joined Scott Maddison in 1996. She has been in charge of managing the lettings department for the past 12 years and is proud of the excellent relationship she has with both clients and tenants alike. She deals with the whole process from the initial application stage through to move in day and continues with all aspects of property management thereafter including rent collection, tenancy renewals and repairs. Outside of work, Alison enjoys Yoga, reading, walking her boxer dog and spending time with family especially her new grandson.

Holly has worked at Scott Maddison for a number of years. She enjoys her varied role as part of the sales team and prides herself on always providing a helpful and positive experience for all clients.
Recently, Holly has taken on a new role to ensure that all of our sellers and landlords receive regular and detailed feedback on their marketing and sale progress.
In her spare time, Holly enjoys long distance walking, obedience training with her Springer Spaniel, gardening and interior design.

Kelly has been with Scott Maddison since 2004. She started out as the company secretary but now takes on a more varied role being part of the sales team which she thoroughly enjoys. She strives to provide a happy and friendly service to all clients. Outside of work she loves spending time with family and friends but especially her husband and two sons. In her spare time she enjoys walking, cooking and shopping.
Kevin is a one man estate agency institution in Halstead, having worked at Scott Maddison for 20+ years, and in the area generally another 10. He is always out and about meeting old and new clients alike, advising on property for them and showing buyers their next dream home. Outside of work Kevin is a keen on and off road cyclist and enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters and their pet rescue Chihuahua called Leo.

Megan is the newest member of the team having joined in 2023. She has made a big impact and is extremely busy helping our clients find their next dream home.
Outside of work, Megan is a big football fan, regularly attending games (we won't say who she supports here!) and also spending time with her two dogs, shopping and travelling.

Before establishing his own agency in 2012, Robert worked across Suffolk and Essex for both independent and national estate agencies. With fifteen plus years experience, Robert is active across the business and prides himself on achieving the best attainable price and outcome for his clients. He also enjoys working with landlords in creating, or growing their property portfolios and helping them find and prepare property for let. He also spends time working with landowners and developers, helping them achieve planning permission. Outside of work Robert plays tennis and taekwondo, enjoys cooking and spending time with friends and young family. He also plays the drums - badly.
Sally has been with Scott Maddison for many years, and thoroughly enjoys her role as secretary, which is primarily to prepare and list our new properties for sale and rent, as they come onto the market. She also supports the client facing members of the team. In her spare time she enjoys baking, walking, eating out and holidaying, especially in the US!
