Ally joined Rowlinsons in 2019 and has developed a vast understanding of Property Law having now qualified as a Solicitor within our Commercial Property Department in 2024.
Throughout her time at Rowlinsons, Ally has worked with a variety of clients from first time property investors to well established developers and SIPP trustees advising on a broad range of property matters.
Ally primarily deals with advising on commercial lease agreements for both Landlords and Tenants and the acquisition, disposal and financing of land and commercial property including private security arrangements such as mortgages, debentures and personal guarantees.
Outside of work, Ally enjoys spending time with friends and family and watching David Attenborough documentaries.

Having originally completed a degree in Business and Management, Andrew worked as a Commercial Buyer for a multi-national retailer in London for five years. In 2004 he decided to re-train as a solicitor at the College of Law in London, where he qualified with a Distinction.
Andrew joined Rowlinsons in 2006 and in 2008 was appointed as a Director. His background is predominantly private client work with particular expertise in wills, tax planning, probate and powers of attorney.
In 2013 Andrew was appointed as Managing Director and although he continues to deal with clients throughout the country, his main focus is now the now the day to day operations of the firm with an emphasis on compliance as well as financial and risk management.
Andrew is particularly passionate about client service and in recent years the firm has won National Law Society Awards for Excellence in Practice Management and Excellence in Private Client service. He is also a Director and Treasurer of Cheshire and North Wales Law Society.
Away from work Andrew enjoys spending time with his family and three young children who keep him very busy. He is a keen runner and has completed four marathons and where spare time permits enjoys a round of golf, walking in the Peak District and watching Liverpool FC.
Cerys attained an LLB Law Degree and completed the Legal Practice Course with Masters at the University of Law between 2016-2020.
Cerys joined the Rowlinsons Residential Property Department in April 2022 as a Conveyancing Assistant and became a Trainee Solicitor within the Residential Property Department in October 2024. Cerys works on a range of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity under the supervision of the Head of Department.

Dimple is a dedicated member of Rowlinsons Solicitors' Corporate Commercial department, where she assists on a broad range of matters including company sales and acquisitions, employment issues, and debt recovery. Drawing on her previously acquired landlord and tenant experience, she also undertakes property possession matters.
Having achieved a First-Class Honours degree from the University of Hertfordshire, Dimple is currently undertaking the LPC MSc at The University of Law, whilst simultaneously studying to sit the SQE 2.
In addition to her role at Rowlinsons, Dimple is an active member of the Civil Litigation and Employment Law Committee of the Liverpool Law Society. As part of these committees, she contributes to reviewing government consultation papers, responding to ensure local and national representation, and keeps updated with legislative developments and potential changes in civil litigation and employment law. This role also involves building professional relationships and supporting networking initiatives within the local legal community.
Away from the office, Dimple is an avid reader, enjoys swimming, and often plays badminton with friends (with varying degrees of competitiveness). With a love for travel she's also steadily working her way through her travel bucket list - her adventures often driven by the quest to find the best local coffee spots because sightseeing is better caffeinated.
Dimple is excited to be a part of the Corporate Commercial team and looks forward to contributing to the growth and success of Rowlinsons.

Donna qualified as a solicitor in 2004 after completing an LLB degree in Law with French Language. She has spent her entire legal career at Rowlinsons, having started as a Trainee Solicitor, and has been a Director for over 10 years.
She is an active member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners ( https://www.step.org/ ) demonstrating specialist knowledge in her field, and won the prestigious national ‘Student of the Year' award while gaining her STEP accreditation.
Donna specialises in the preparation of wills and trusts, estate administration, inheritance tax advice and elderly client issues, taking on more complex matters including advising business owners and high net worth clients as well as overseeing the private client team. She regularly speaks at North Wales Police Pre-Retirement seminars as well local carers' groups and charities on the importance of will planning and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
She is a mum to two young children, and in her spare time enjoys reading (particularly French novels to try to maintain some fluency!) and is a member of a Shotokan karate club which provides a great workout for both mind and body.

Jackie has worked in Conveyancing since 1988, initially as Personal Assistant to one of the two original Partners in Rowlinsons whilst undertaking the Licenced Conveyancers Course. She took time out to raise her children before returning to work as a fee earner.
Jackie has predominantly worked with relocation clients in her 30 years with Rowlinsons, which involves working closely with the senior employees and Directors of large blue-chip companies alongside their Relocation Advisers. This area of work can involve cross-border transactions and high value property. Often relocation clients move far greater distances across the country than average and she understands the concerns that such moves can cause to her clients.
Jackie also acts for private clients who return to instruct her and more recently clients moving within the local area in both freehold and leasehold transactions.
Outside of work Jackie enjoys hiking and walking in the countryside and recently raised money for Charity by completing the 34 mile Sandstone Challenge in one day - but says once is enough! Jackie also has a passion for animals and live music.

Jazmine joined Rowlinsons as a conveyancing assistant from another solicitor's firm in 2024 having gained experience in residential sales and purchases and having built a strong relationship with clients, agents and brokers.
Jazmine completed her CILEX foundation stage in March of 2024 and qualified as a CILEX paralegal. She is currently undergoing the advanced stage of her study to qualifying as a Lawyer. Having worked alongside other paralegals and solicitors, she has gained a vast amount of knowledge and experience and became a fee earner in January 2025. Jazmine continues to strive to deliver excellent service to her clients.
When Jazmine is not in the office, and amidst renovating a house of her own, you'll find her on the sofa with her pug Bella watching true crime documentaries. When adventure calls, she's off exploring new cities and when inspiration strikes, she is in the kitchen mastering new recipes.
Laura joined Rowlinsons in 2015 and has approaching 15 years experience of dealing with residential property matters.
Laura currently deals with a range of freehold and leasehold matters including New Build plot sales and takes pride in providing an efficient service to her client base. She qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2023.
In her spare time she enjoys relaxing with a jigsaw and a glass of red. Laura's weekends are spent in the great outdoors with her partner, young daughter and dog.

Laura joined Rowlinsons in 2003, initially as an Accounts Executive and in 2009 was promoted to the role of Practice Manager. As a reflection of her contribution to the growth and development of the firm, in 2019 she was appointed as a Director.
Having worked at Rowlinsons for over 18 years Laura has a detailed understanding of our day to day operations. Her responsibilities include the supervision of our Accounts Department, the smooth running of our IT systems, the management of both our offices and dealing with our various suppliers. She is also actively involved in ensuring that our processes and procedures are such that we retain our various accreditations, including Cyber Essentials Plus and the Law Society's Lexcel and Conveyancing Quality Schemes which are only awarded to those firms who adhere to a high level of practice management.
Laura is constantly reviewing and developing the technology that we use to ensure that we deliver a consistently high level of service. In particular she works very closely with our Property Department where the launch and continued development of our Property App has been a significant achievement, helping to streamline and make the conveyancing process simpler, clearer and faster for our client base.
Away from work Laura enjoys spending time with her family and socialising with friends.

Lauren initially studied Law at the University of Central Lancashire where she obtained a first class honours degree.
She then went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Chester where she obtained a commendation.
Lauren qualified as a solicitor in 2016, having completed her training contract at a firm in Chester and joined Rowlinsons in the same month.
She specialises in family law, including private Children Act proceedings, divorce, financial settlements and separation. Lauren adopts a friendly and pragmatic approach during what is often a difficult time for clients and enjoys the variety that family work brings. Having also dealt with residential conveyancing for a number of years, Lauren is able to advise clients on matrimonial transfers.
Lauren is a member of Resolution and in 2025 won the award for 'Solicitor of the Year' at the Manchester Resolution Awards.
Outside of work Lauren enjoys travelling with her family and lists Australia and Las Vegas as her favourite destinations.

Having graduated in Law with a 2:1 degree, Michelle was part of the first cohort to ever undertake the LPC, qualifying as a solicitor in 1999 and has specialised in residential property ever since.
Michelle joined Rowlinsons in March 2022 as the Conveyancing Manager, having spent the previous 21 years at a regional law firm based in Warrington, firstly as a fee earner and latterly as the Conveyancing Services Manager. Michelle assists the Head of Property in the day to day running of on the department. Michelle also provides technical support and guidance to the team, drawing on her many years of experience.
Outside of work, Michelle is a long-standing season ticket holder for Widnes Vikings RLFC. Michelle is also a keen reader (particularly of history and science fiction) and, to offset the sedentary nature of this, attempts weekly tap and ballet classes.
Since commencing her legal career in 1998 as a Legal Secretary, Michelle has gained over 15 years experience of working as a Fee Earner in residential property.
Whilst working, Michelle studied part time towards her ILEX qualification and is currently an Associate of ILEX. As she currently works part time she assists other Fee Earners within the busy property department.
Michelle deals with all aspects of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, including apartments, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and shared ownership matters. In particular, she has vast experience in new build matters.
In her spare time Michelle enjoys spending quality time with her family and cooking.
Mike has over 40 years' experience in acting for businesses, individuals, SIPP Trustees and corporate & non corporate entities on commercial and property related matters.
He advises on complex aspects of residential and commercial property transactions including Estate Development Options and Overage. From the sale and acquisition of land and property, to advising both tenants and landlords on leases, rent reviews and dilapidation issues, Mike has vast expertise across all property related matters including the complexities of Stamp Duty Land Tax. He also has a wealth of knowledge in bank and private security arrangements including mortgages, debentures and personal guarantees.
Specialising in assisting developers of residential or commercial property, PLC property companies, pubs, hotels and charities, he has invaluable knowledge that is used to aid clients wanting to deal in any way with commercial or residential property.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys listening to music and is an avid valves and vinyl enthusiast.
Myles joined us in 2022 with a wealth of experience of working in residential property, whilst studying his Law Degree Part time.
His experience includes a wide range of freehold and leasehold transactions, specialising in acting for first time buyers, investors and property developers. Myles previously worked in-house for a well known property developer, who he continues to work with at Rowlinsons. Myles prides himself on working efficiently and ensuring the client emails, calls and messages are dealt with promptly.
Myles joined Rowlinsons after having lived in Belgium for four years whilst he was advising on legal and constitutional affairs .In his spare time he enjoys reading history books, watching films and is an avid Star Wars fan.
Naomi has a wealth of conveyancing experience having worked in the industry since 2014. She joined Rowlinsons in 2019 initially as a Conveyancing Assistant whilst studying her Paralegal Course, before being promoted to a Conveyancing Executive in 2022.
Naomi has broad experience in purchase and sale transactions predominantly in the North West area prides herself on her organisation skills to ensure her clients process runs as smoothly as possible.
Outside of work when she is not planning her next adventure away she can be found spending her weekends watching Formula 1 with her French Bulldog or enjoying some live music.
Nicola has worked at Rowlinsons for over twenty years and has spent nearly ten of these working as a Fee Earner within the Residential Conveyancing team.
Specifically dealing with Residential Conveyancing, she is able to deal with an assortment of property transactions and complexities.
Dealing with mainly relocation clients in connection with freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, and new build properties, Nicola has a considerable amount of expertise. She has been instrumental in establishing the Relocation Conveyancing department at Rowlinsons, which has gained national recognition for the service provided.
Away from the office Nicola is a keen swimmer and enjoys listening to music.

Noel's career in property law began 17 years ago as an assistant in a firm of Wirral solicitors. He became a conveyancing executive seven years later and, since then, has worked on a variety of matters at a range of firms.
He has experience in freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership, adverse possession and bridging finance to name a few. He recently came from a firm based in Greater Manchester where he dealt mainly with Right-To-Buy transactions.
Noel is currently studying CILEX and outside of work enjoys walks, classical music and is a keen member of the Church of England (though he can do without the meetings).
Paul was educated at Belfast Royal Academy and obtained his Law Degree at Warwick University. Following that he went on to complete his Solicitors Finals Exams at the College of Law in Chester and qualified as a solicitor in 1988.
Paul has a wide range of experience in commercial matters, including business to business debt recovery, commercial litigation and disputes involving partners, shareholders or directors.
His contentious work includes Judicial Review and Hearings before the Court of Appeal. In addition, he advises companies on employment matters both contentious and non-contentious. Paul also assists the Private Client department in relation to disputed estates. His pragmatic and realistic approach has a loyal base of returning clients.
Paul is married with two children and outside of work enjoys cooking, badminton and running; he completed his first Marathon at 53 years of age!
