Nationality: Dutch Arjen de Jong is CFO of the Blue Phoenix Group and as a member or the Executive team his focus is on financial strategy and operational excellence. He is passionate about solving dynamic problems and is responsible for driving the group's overall financial strategy, including growth plans, as we continue to expand our sustainable footprint. Arjen has a master degree in economics and brings over 20 years of experience in finance roles for international companies in business services, steel distribution, and logistics. His experience navigating high growth companies and developing new business strategies will deliver meaningful results for this stage of Blue Phoenix. He believes he can utilize his skills and working experience in multinational companies to find new ways to do business and provide financial leadership. Arjen is working for Blue Phoenix Group since April 2018.

Nationality: Dutch John Bleijs is the CTO of Blue Phoenix Group and a member of the executive team. He is responsible for the Research & Development strategy of the company. In addition to this role, John is also Managing Director for our European Business. In this position, he enables the growth of the Blue Phoenix Group across Europe. John has been active in the recycling industry for over 15 years and joined Blue Phoenix Group in 2010. With his deep understanding of recycling technology, he leads the technology innovation program to constantly improve the solution portfolio to serve our customers optimally and sustainably.

Nationality: British Paul Knight is the CEO of Blue Phoenix Group. He is responsible for leading the overall direction and strategy of the organization. He is passionate about innovation, entrepreneurship and business transformation to drive competitiveness and customer value. "Our mission is to give residual products of waste a new life so we can meet our credo: building a sustainable future". Paul has been in the construction sector for over 25 years. A highly knowledgeable Board-level Director with extensive commercial, operational and technical experience, both in Europe and internationally, where he has lead operations of global multi-site facilities; dealing with culture diversity, change management and diverging worldwide conditions whilst developing strategic direction and vision in challenging markets. Paul was appointed as CEO of the Group in 2017.
