Live Softworks is a UK-based developer of cloud software-as-a-service (SaaS) products, focussed on helping smaller businesses to compete in the online market. Our primary product is FUSE, which allows the integration of multi-channel sales, stock, inventory and customer messaging into one platform. We also sell FORGE, which works with the FUSE software to help build fully custom websites from data contained in your existing stores... The idea for FUSE, our primary product, originally came from one of our founders Chris Williams back in 2005, who identified the need for an easier way to manage multiple online sales channels while helping to run his family's business. Chris continued to work on the software while studying software engineering at university, during which time FUSE expanded from a sales management tool, into a complete business management package for online retailers.
