Hi, I'm Amit. I joined Ocado in December 2023, and I'm responsible for buying and commercial strategy. Life before Ocado: After a few years at the Tata Group and then working at Bain & Company, I've spent the last 10 years at Tesco, across various commercial roles, most recently as the UK Grocery Director. I hold a MBA from INSEAD, and a degree in Electronics and Telecommunications engineering from the University of Mumbai. Favourite thing about shopping at Ocado: I love the convenience and choice that Ocado offers our busy household. Discovering we're out of Ocado Own Brand Kiddo nappies is far less stressful when we can book a next-day slot and have them delivered to the doorstep with all our other groceries! My wife and I love to try new dishes and flavours in the kitchen so the near limitless choice of ingredients helps to keep meal planning exciting too.

Hannah Gibson - CEO

Hannah is the Chief Executive Officer of Ocado Retail and has spent the last 10 years at Ocado in a range of senior customer, commercial and technology roles. Most recently, Hannah held the position of Chief Product Officer for Ocado Technology where she set the strategy for the Ocado Smart Platform for Ocado Group's partners. Before the launch of Ocado Retail, Hannah held a number of roles on the Ocado Leadership team, including as Head of Ocado Zoom and Head of Product & Merchandising. She holds a Politics and Economics degree from the University of Cambridge. Hi, I'm Hannah. I'm the CEO of Ocado Retail and I'm thrilled to be leading this incredible business. I've spent more than 10 years at Ocado in a range of senior customer, commercial and technology positions - most recently, as Chief Product Officer for Ocado Technology. James Matthews

James Matthews is Chief Executive Officer of Ocado Technology and leads a 4,500-strong team of technologists across 8 countries, building and deploying the Ocado Smart Platform (OSP) for our international partners. James joined Ocado Group in 2005 as a software development intern and has subsequently held senior roles across software engineering, business development, strategy, investor relations and, buying, supply chain and marketing. James rejoined Ocado Technology in the spring of 2018 as CEO. James holds a BEng in Computing from Imperial College London and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Jonathan is the Company Secretary for Ocado Retail, part of his role as General Counsel and Chief People Officer. Jonathan joined Ocado Retail in 2021, having previously spent seven years in the legal team at Ocado Group, the last three as Deputy General Counsel. Prior to joining Ocado Group, Jonathan was a corporate lawyer at Slaughter and May in London. He has a BA in Classics and English from Oxford University. Hi, I'm Jonathan. I'm the General Counsel and Chief People Officer at Ocado Retail with responsibility for our Legal, People and Sustainability functions. My Ocado adventure started in 2013 in the legal team at Ocado Group, for the last three years as Deputy General Counsel, primarily responsible for Ocado Solutions. My Ocado highlight to date was negotiating the terms on which Ocado Group would provide tech and services to Ocado Retail! Life before Ocado: I worked at Slaughter and May for nine years practising corporate law. I have a BA(Hons) in Classics and English from Oxford University. Favourite thing about shopping at Ocado: Where to start? Sparing my kids the drudgery of being dragged around a supermarket is enough in itself, but add to that the amazing and ever-expanding range, lovely drivers and incredible service and I'm pretty hooked!

Laura Harricks

Hi, I'm Laura. I joined Ocado in July 2020, and I'm responsible for leading our end-to-end customer and brand experience. Life before Ocado: I moved to the UK in 2008 after several years as a management consultant in Australia, France and the USA. In London, I joined Dixons Carphone and worked across a variety of commercial and marketing roles, before becoming the Online Trading and Marketing Director for Carphone Warehouse in 2016. I joined Monsoon Accessorize as Digital Director in 2019, where I was responsible for global ecommerce; also running their digital transformation programme, including a full site re-platform. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering (Mech/Biomed) & Bachelor of Arts (French) from the University of Sydney. Favourite thing about shopping at Ocado: I love being on the receiving end of our service, I really appreciate the attention we give to what matters as a customer. Lots of delivery slots (Green options included). Wide range so I can decide where the basics will do and where I want to trade up. An offer that goes way beyond groceries - save me with kids essentials, lunchboxes, toys, socks etc. The ease of a "favourite shop". Plus our service is super reliable and our drivers are the friendliest.

Lawrence Hene

Life Before Ocado: I've spent the last 8 years of my professional life at Pepco Group N.V. a high growth, publicly listed discount retailer with stores across Europe in a variety of finance, strategy and transformation roles. Prior to Pepco Group I held finance roles with French Connection and Telefonica. I've been fortunate that across my career I've been able to live and work across Europe doing stints in Madrid, Marseille and Poznan. I'm a chartered accountant and have a Philosophy and Politics degree from Durham University. Favourite thing about shopping at Ocado: As a busy household, I love the convenience and service of our offer. The instant shop feature makes sure we don't forget the basics for our boys' lunches and the inspiration from the recipes make it incredibly easy to make something new either as a family or as a couple.

Stephen Daintith
