Lee Vincent

Job Titles:
  • Director
The epitome of a self-starter, with drive and ambition in spades. Fresh faced and eager to make his mark on the world, aged just 16 Lee took a job in a local architect's practice in his hometown of York and his passion for the industry was ignited. He has never looked back. With first-hand experience under his belt, Lee soon found himself drawn to the bright lights of London and a took a role within an architect's practice that he could really sink his teeth into. He soon became immersed in concept design, feasibility studies and planning consents for both new build and redevelopment sites within the city. With a flair for leading and galvanising a team, what followed was more than a decade's work at the practice with high-profile projects in Mayfair, Belgravia and Chelsea. Fast forward to 2014, with a desire to return to his roots Lee joined forces with a renowned York practice, and reinvigorated the business with new direction and focussed drive. Building on relationships with existing contacts and past clients whilst exploring new avenues further afield, the practice began to flourish. Preliminary projects included the iconic Old Fire Station in York centre and the prestigious Marketing Suite at the world-renowned Chelsea Barracks development in London. Lee's reputation gained traction and he soon needed a partner who shared his vision. Following a chance meeting at their young sons' nursery, Lee met Neil, and the first seeds of Vincent & Partners (formerly Vincent & Brown) were sown. After a number of preliminary joint ventures, the practice was officially born in 2018. Client satisfaction remains Lee's key driver and number one priority. The success of the practice is evident in the repeat business and recommendations it continues to receive.
